Four hungry baby falcons | BGSU Falcon Cam 2024

The fourth egg hatched on Sunday, May 12, and now the Bowling Green peregrine falcon family is complete. The tiercel has a big job ahead of him, and will be hunting for food constantly to feed the mother peregrine falcon and the four baby falcons (eyasses).

Do you know what type of prey Falcon brought to nest and then fed the baby hatchlings?

Nick, so far the falcon has returned with songbirds, primarily. The last identifiable meal was a mourning dove.
