- I pack up things and move on from the Giant trout river to fish some southern water that I have never fished before. On the 1st day I meet up late with Declan again and he shows me a super nice little creek that holds some great fish and the right time of year.

Never caught a brown trout..but they remind me of the bull trout I catch in British Columbia Canada...those browns are beautiful..very nice fish scenery and video..river fishing is the best thing on earth

i live about 1 hr 30 mins away from that river and havent fished it and it confirms my need to go fish it
Here in Tennessee ive caught trout at Foster falls also crapie and large mouth bass! New Zealand is packed full of whitewater creeks mountain ranges about the size of Italy massive wilderness and movies like Lord of the rings have boosted tourism!

If you've seen images 'bend' in water (like a spoon in a glass of water), trout can use that to their advantage and see you 'around' the bank of a stream. Might've been what happened in the early going of this video.

A full 8 minutes before a fish is contacted. Was the angler trying to beach the fish? And we got to watch them eat their sarnies.
