Silicone is fine bro, you want a little looser to allow the whitening gel to sit on the teeth vs a hard plastic retainer

I've done something similar, you get a universal size from gum which you just heat up and fix to your teeth and once it cools down it retains the form.
Good tips but if your facial bone structure is sub-par you’re stuck.

@@MoSamuels1 depends what the issue is I guess. If it’s a receded chin then you can get surgery I suppose. Depends how much money you have and how much of your own blood you’re willing to spill.

I love the fact that you took the piss with those tattoos and the high eyebrow joke. Even though I don't think this advice applies to me, I really enjoyed this educational and piss taking video. One thing though, you strictly mentioned haircuts. Do you not think that some men can look better with longer hair? I know there are some women that like long hair but they tend to of the smoking, bi-sexual, pro-hamas and gender fluid description which is not really my thing.
