Reciprocity is a basic building block in human social interaction. When a woman tells another woman "you look amazing", just saying "thank you" and not saying SOME sort of compliment in return is REALLY bad form. Jackie Collins was so charming and full of life while Bethenny has about as much personality as a bowl of mashed turnips. No wonder her show sucked and failed.
