The Mist Witch was an amazing boss fight, but I admit I had trouble...suffered my first two defeats in the fight, but the soundtrack kept me going to try again.
Mist Witch on Calamity-Infinity is a freaking paaaaaaaaaaaain (we do not speak of Boundary of Death cos man) but at least I get this banger over and over again
So I just fought this thing and after playing through Trails and Ys I thought Falcom couldn’t make any more bangers I was foolishly mistaken Yes there are other great songs in the game but damn this one struck home with just how desperate you are in this fight with the circumstances
*This theme belongs to the Mist Witch.* No I dont care if that other (Frankly lame) boss also uses it. This *IS* The Mist Witch theme for me and nobody can convince me of otherwise. I still believe this fight is legit the best in the game. Both for difficulty/design, and story climax-wise.
Poor Seraph Boss, it is not getting any respect from any fans, haha. But yeah, I totally agree this ost should only go to the Mist Witch who was likely the hardest boss and, at least to me by ratings, has the hardest dungeon to go through. Even the ‘final boss’ was a pushover to this boss..... It was pretty hard to go through her on a first play through on Calamity.
Edit: the true final boss (after story) is the hardest now from my perspective. First boss to force me to really care about my cores on every characters.

I can't stress enough how intense it was when I first heard this with *that* boss.
The game peaked with this fight IMHO. I loved it so much... sadly nothing after it quite lived up to the standards this fight/moment established.

Mist Witch always ruins my bossrush attempts because she is so insane.
