Join us for our first video of the year as we discuss recent and upcoming releases, including new runs of the N scale EMD SDP40F and SD40-2 in the spectactular MAERSK paint (both engines previous sold-out in the pre-order stage the last time we ran them so this is your chance to snag them if you missed out!), along with accompanying MAXI-I well cars. Also featured is the latest in the line of N scale SD70ACe engines - Union Pacific #1111 "Powered By Our People"!
This month, we announced a new run of F7A + F7B locomotive two-packs in freight paint schemes for Union Pacific, Southern Pacific, Baltimore & Ohio, and Milwaukee Road, look for these colorful F-units to hit store shelves in late August/early September!

this engine is dcc ready so what dcc decoder part number will fit with Kato N Scale SD70ACe Union Pacific UP Our People #1111 DCC Ready
Hope that Kato considers re-releasing the Union Pacific water tenders 2 pack set. I managed to locate one of these sets to go with my 7 car UP excursion set, but it was not easy to find and are only going to become scarcer. Especially since the 7 car excursion set is due to return.
Where do I buy these items from?
On the subject of upcoming products, to go with the September Southern Pacific GS-4 in "Postwar Black" can we also have it again in Daylight colors, lettered "Southern Pacific"?

Still holding out for the SD70M in SP, it has been a long wait sense the original release of the SP version. plan on doing a review of the Southern Pacific SD70M if I can get a hold of one. just need to talk to some folks at the train shop and hope they can get me a sample model to test. I think their might be some SD70Ms being passed around among us UA-camrs that I might be able to review.

I noticed you had the Maersk SD40-2 running behind the SDP40F in one shot. Was this done with DCC or are the 2 closely matched enough to run together on DC? Thanks!
They're all standard DC, they run together just fine.

Will you guy's be re-releasing the n scale P42's anytime soon? I don't seen them in stock anywhere which is kind of disappointing.
We'll run them again, yes. Nothing can move quickly in the world of manufacturing, though.

When does the Kato sd70m release?????!!!! I ordered one Jan 23 2021 and was wondering when would it most likely come and when they are realeased.
The NS and UP SD70M's came out a few months ago. If you're talking about the CSX and SP versions, those are coming out in late April/May
