- It's Christmas time and visions of trains are dancing in our heads! This month we're shipping the second batch of F7 Freight two-packs (in B&O and Milwaukee Road paint) as well as the newest release of the N scale GS-4 in both Daylight and postwar Black paint schemes!
Coming soon - HO P42 50th Anniversary engines and a new run of the N scale "City of Los Angeles" and UP E8's!

It would be really great for Kato if they were to manufacture and make available some F unit engines for railroads like the Missouri Kansas & Texas, Frisco, and Rock Island. Please let Kato know that these road names are often overlooked when there truly is a market for them. Also, there is a market for the same road names in other models such as GP40s, GP38-2, U25B, SD39, SD 40-2, and E8s and Alco PAs. Kato would really be quite the hero in the model train world if they were to do this. They would far surpass the efforts of other companies that don't usually listen to the hobbyists. The railroads I mentioned are deserving and worthy of more attention. I know Kato can pull it off.

I love 'em. Please, please please issue a "Bloody Nose" SP F7 set. While you're at it, how about the late, great Talgo set in Amtrak "Cascades" trim? F40 Cab car, F59PHI pushing and those cool, low slung cars. I will buy the first two sets!

Alaska Railroad does have two F40ph Numbers 31 and 32. Is there will be a Japanese locomotive models that can have DCC added?

A Pennsylvania 4-4-4-4 T1 loco would be cool. Or a 4-6-2 Pacific 46229 Duchess of Hamilton consist. Mostly just some of the more iconic or interesting streamlined locos and consists.

Does this mean the morning daylight sets will be in hobby shops in time for the Springfield show at the end of January?
We're expecting them to get to our warehouse in mid-January, so it's dependent on shipping times at this point.

I saw some intermodal yard sets somewhere on the Japanese Kato website. Looked like road plates with the tracks embedded in them, along with some buildings and a huge forklift or two if I remember correctly. Are these something you may make available in the USA at some point? I'd be interested!
@buttercupthesweetnes… I just bought the “Unitram freight depot basic set from A1A hobbies in FL. They look to have a few in stock. Bought the TCM yard container fork lift set as well. Going to build a Intermodal setup for my layout… Or at least try to. lol. Still a rookie and everything is a work in progress.

We're still here and going strong - we're a pretty small office though and without someone available who can be dedicated just to producing videos we've fallen a bit behind. We're hoping to ramp up videos again in the coming months, please be patient!
