Always nice to have clean field edges!! Trees and brush can definitely make a difference. Gotta say, I wondered... Unfortunately we all will come to that point in life. In the meantime, keep him company, enjoy the time you have left with him!! Whether it's a week or another few years.. I'm still rooting for him to make it to 100!!!!
My mom is the same way. We got her home from knee replacement and the next day she's climbing on step stools and running the vacuum. I get it, none of us want to be a burden, especially to our children, and yet somehow that makes the roles reverse even more. "I told you not to do that!" Lol😂
Thanks for the update on your dad Steve. He will do what he wants and be happy doing it, it’s just the rest of us that want him to be more careful! 😅 I follow your FB page and I am so happy for you with your sales, you are inspiring to me. Take care, Annette 🌺
Great job on your and the families hard work leading to your success 👍 Thank You for the Update on your Father and his health Sounds like he has some challenges but let’s see how we are at 98 if the Lord keeps us around that long ! 4 Wheeler uh ? We never think we would have to be the ones to take the keys away from our fathers at 98 I hope my father stays around that long to face that decision Well done on the video and sharing your lives with us ! God Bless and have a great rest of the week 👍
Thanks Phil His “roommate” in the hospital had his daughter visiting and she lives in the same city you do. Asked her if she knew you but she recently moved there from Michigan and didn’t know many people
Man I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to deal with that... sorry to hear you guys have been dealing with those issues and hope you can clear up some of the health concerns. Let him know he has fans here and we are saying our prayers. Hope the family is otherwise in good shape, we miss you guys!
Hi Stanley! I knew this was coming for a while, he’s had bouts with heart problems for several years....progressively getting worse. I had to shift my priorities to his needs a few years back, part of the reason I had to bow out of doing the livestream with you guys. We miss you guys as well, I’m sure Savannah has grown like a weed in the last year or so. Love to you and yours my friend!
Even if we don't get anymore of his stories, I'm very grateful for the stories I got to hear him tell....I wish for the best for him, he's a tough one....Thanks Steve for the update.
Very nice video, Steve. First, it seems like your farming operation is progressing and growing nicely. Congratulations. Thank you also for the complete update on your dad's condition. It is so sad that this is happening to him, but I know you will make him comfortable and take the best care of him possible. You are very fortunate to have had him for 98 years, and it's not over yet. I know you'll treasure each day with him from here on. I certainly have enjoyed his stories over time and appreciate you sharing your dad with us. He is a treasure, for sure.
Steve: good to see you back on YT. Satisfying to reclaim farm land. We’re slowly working on the same thing with the 75 adjoining acres we bought in 2019. Love to see a small farm grow. Say hi to your dad for us. I recall my dad going through some of the same stuff. Your dad’s a treasure.
Boxelder trees are a weed. It's nice to have income from your farm, but living where you do is already a bonus. I'm sad to hear your Dad isn't up for more videos. Thank you Steve.
Glad you're efforts to reclaim some ground has been fruitful for you. Gotta admire your Dad for his get up & get after it mentality. Take care my friend.
Thanks Mark, the man has endless stories. He still tells them, just much slower, quieter and missing pieces....but telling them. I’ve heard most of them so I don’t mind the missing parts
Well Mr Steve you sure have got the farming dialed in, sounds like a great setup!! Return customers are absolutely amazing!! Looking fwd to seeing how things continue to grow!! Thank you sir for the update on Dad, he is one tuff cookie regardless!! He needs to plant corn 😉 Dad has sure amazed us all, and thr rope still has miles to go yet I just know it!! Keep us posted and hello to him from us all!! Take care Mr Steve, and enjoyed aeeing and hearing from you again sir!! 😁😁😁🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽🌽👍👍👍🚜🚜🚜
Thanks Znelson, I can’t say I’m dialed in but I’m trying! I hope he’s around a good while yet, and I’d like to see him get back some of his strength. The good Lord has a plan, we will see what it is.....
Hey Steve, glad to hear the farm is coming along well! I had to chuckle about your dad out on the 4 wheeler making sure the yard was getting mowed right 🤣🤣 Taking it easy just isn't in his genetics, he's got stuff to do! My grandpa was like that too. Thanks for sharing, Steve! Hope you have a good one Sir!
Thanks Steve for another great video and especially for your dad's update. I'm sure it is hard for anyone like him, that has worked so hard all of his life, to sit inside and watch others work and maybe not be doing it the way he would! You did a good job explaining everything and are brave to tell it like it is. Prayers to Dad and your family!
Thanks TJ You are correct it’s going to be tough for him to have to watch, but I told him his heart is weak and he needs to rest so he can do those things later. Thanks for the kind words and prayers sir!

Good Afternoon and a Happy Labor day to you Ed!
@@AnglesideFarm happy labor day Steve. You know, we are laboring today to celebrate....lol

Thanks Annette and you are correct, I need to be mindful to let him live how he wants to until he can’t.
Thanks for the update Steve. And as always, tell him “hi” for me.
I will do that Gary.
