Tommy Wrights "thuggish ruggish bustas" was the first diss track I've ever heard where I was kind of worried for safety of who was being dissed.
Same here.
I’d have loved to have seen how that one played out on the street level….although I’m pretty sure at least one of both sides would have had a “tribute song” for at least one fallen comrade🤷🏻♂️. Krazy Bone supposed to be Gangsta Delicious 👌🏻

Bizzy bone the greatest and krazie after bizzy. Fact
@@JoeL-mc7vf Lol that's not how facts work. That's an opinion. And I don't care about your opinion so move a long.
KrayzieBoneThe GOAT lol who you got after Krayzie Bone in the group? I think every bone member is neck and neck except wish bone because I enjoyed flesh solo albums and listen to that shit daily, his flow is amazing and different when u listen to his t.h.u.g.s album and he murdered every track he was on and that what makes him up there with bizzy and Krayzie. I think as solo artist go flesh and Krayzie made the best music in the group. Flesh probably has the dopiest flow in rap history imo. The reason why layzie is up there also is because he sounds different he makes a lot of the bone songs sound good like Krayzie and layzie has always been in the group he never left. Layzies just dope and he can keep up with Krayzie and bizzy and a lot of songs but layzie just can’t freestyle and that’s fine layzie a beast on the mic period. Bizzy brought a new flow in rap like he’s fucking crazy talented and can outperform the members live but his solo stuff wasn’t as good as flesh or Krayzie bones but it was still some dope ass solo shit and yeah bone is easily number 1 in the rap game they are the only group I can’t pick a favorite member out of because the 4 stand out to me then every other rapper
@@jonnorton4395 My order is Krayzie, Bizzy, Flesh, Layzie, and Wish.

Bone will always be forever. I was down with Crucial Conflict. I hated they fail off so fast. Most of these people, I’ve never heard of. Heck I had no idea that Bone Thugs have been catching so much heat from people. I don’t know, I don’t listen to a lot of artist as it is. Whatever catches my ear, and the beat is hitting, I might give it a shot. Now days, everything sounds the same. But Bone Thugs will always be my favorite.
Its good to know none of the nonsense disses went any further than word play also its dope that they all have collabs with each other love Bone Thugs.
That’s not entirely true. Bone and Do Or Die ran into each other and a brawl went down. There’s been a few different stories about what happened but one thing that seems to remain constant among them all is that Layzie Bone beat up Nard

Bone took them Memphis niggaz style bet u didn't Kno back in da days bone had a concert in Memphis10 bck in da days an yes da got da ass beat
@ GUNN-U-DOWN- So what if Bone took Memphis Rappers Style. (Which is a False Statement by the way, cause anyone who Stays in the MidWest knows it came outta Cleveland and Columbus Ohio) But lets say they did Jack their style. How would you feel if someone Took something you Started, and OutDid you to the point, the only way you could get Credit for it, is by saying they Stole it, because they are Better than you are at Your Invention. Thats Embarrassing. Bone didn't steal anyone's Style, and even if they did, no one would give a Shit. When someone listens to Music, do you really think they are wondering who started a Style? Nope. They listen to whoever has the best Flows,. Especially in this particular style cause Talent will outShine everyone. When Bone has someone feature on a song, they Never get outdone. Even on Thug Luv with Pac, Bizzy Murdered the Original recording of the song, and OutDid Pacs Verse. Both of Bizzys verses were better than Pacs and Pacs verse on that song is one of the Hardest. Do Or Die, Crucial Conflict, 3-6, even Twista just aren't on the same Level with Bone. Bone wouldn't even Respond to that one Memphis Rapper, can't remember his name, because it wasn't even worth their time. That Dude is Hatin and so Mad at Bone that he did a second Diss track like 15 Years Later about Bone. He wants Bone to Respond to him so Bad, so he can finally get Noticed 25 years After he Started in the Game. That should tell you how good his Shit was. That MFer in a Memphis Basement sitting in the Dark by himself, just thinking about how he Hates Bone Thugs, and contemplating a third Diss Track as he still trying to get his Name out there ever since the Same Year Bone Thugs hooked up with Eazy. Damn, its about time for him to Retire his Pen and Pad, and come up with a New Invention that he can Blame Bone Thugs for Jackin. Lolololol.
@@jacobfreeman871 Thug Luv was an average verse for Pac tbh and 3-6 are definitely on Bone's level if they weren't they damn sure wouldn't be doing a Verzuz with them. 3-6 changed the whole game and damn near influenced everyone from the past 15-20 years directly or indirectly in one way or another who can honestly take that away from them

Bone is the best but being from Mississippi and close to Memphis that TW3 was the best bone diss.
I'm from Chicago and erbody who know me knows I'mma die hard Twista fan. Along with Psycho drama and do or die. But I have to say that TWT is hands down one of the best diss songs. Ever. It's up there next to Real Muthafucking Gs. Straight up.
Yea t 8l
Hell yeah. Grew up in the 80s and 90s about an hour and a half from Memphis. My best friend's family was from there so we were always bumpin' Memphis rap. That's back when they had cassette tapes! LOL
TW3’s diss was hard af. He expressed himself very well. Nothing makes me more happier than to see artists defend the city’s they’re from. That California privilege layzie was having made him forget Cleveland wasn’t any different than Memphis. I’m from NJ and when I was growing up I thought about Cleveland and the Midwest, I thought it was slow and weird too, but looking down on anyone’s home was my 10 year old immature mind thinking like that. Layzie was hypocritical for his comments.
This is discrimination. Bone. C'mon man bone?. U CAN'T KILL BONE. bone birth this style. Keep it real. Non of bone diss song made any statement.
Don't worry. We're BONE fans too, so you know we're working on another video about the diss songs that bone made about other rappers that dissed them too. This video just got finished first. Check out btnhfanvids.com. You can post your own top 5 times Bone dissed other rappers (or any other content you choose to share 💀) Who knows, we might even include some of your choices in our upcoming video!
But Twista and Bone both came out in '91. The "Bone Flow" isn't just speed. It's that sing song, harmonizing blended with fast rap. Listen to Runnin' off at the mouth and then listen to Adrenaline Rush and Mobstability. Those two albums show a complete 180 to what Twista was doing before and there's no denying that he switched up due to Bone's success. Before he switched up his style he was seen as no more than a novelty act. He's still a great rapper. One of the coldest in the game. But he was definitely influenced by Bone and the drastic change in his music shows it.
Ok. I'm thinking Faces of Death was recorded in '91 for some reason. I could be wrong. I remember it was released '92-'93. But the Fu-Schnickens came out rapping fast way before Twista. But the point is still valid. Bone's style isn't just speed. Twista was all about speed when he first came out. Even Jay-Z was rapping fast with Jaz-O WAAAAY before Twista (late 80's)! Just because YOU heard Twista do it first doesn't mean he was the first to do it. After Bone blew up then Twista switched his style up. Nobody is taking anything away from Twista, he gets all the credit from us that he deserves. But he definitely switched his style to the more popular "Bone Flow". If Bone got their style from anyone it was Freestyle Fellowship.
@@BTNHFanvids it's a Midwest thang
Tone Justice just like ya boy said about Jay Z, the DOC was on that too in the 80's so....I'm a fan of all them dudes with the exception of Tommy Wright III (cause ive never heard of him, even though I was into the Memphis shit hard then). I'm originally from Cleveland, but I still fucked with all of them. They're all dope period, let's just leave it at that.

Yah for real . I swear they on contract n Chicago. They ass got a show every other week lol

Wild Chicago style
He from the raq was my fav n conflict
I was listening to 3-6 before Bone Thugs came out so ill say they had the flow first. But when Bone came out i didnt think they were the same except for the dark shit.
The flows themselves were structurally different anyway though…this is what I don’t get…how the hell is Lord Infamous (or vice versa) even slightly similar to Bone…..?. For s seasoned hip hop head, this is a laughable premise..there were “speed rappers” way before either 3-6 OR bone 🤨, if anything, “Twista”, who used to be called “Tung Twista” had a very similsr style to Memphis Style but nobody called him out 🤷🏻♂️..but even the one example I used doesn’t evade the fact that the fast rapping style, (which is simply dissected to make the triplet flow) had been around before both of them (bone and 3-6), so it’s hard to gauge the original point of the beef🤷🏻♂️. As far as I know, the whole beef was kicked off by bone thugs mocking Memphis as being “country” 🤷🏻♂️
3 6 all day
Memphis rap in general had the dark shit
@@SherdogCreep I feel ya, I think Bone had a different style altogether, it was more of a singing type of rap sped up, they weren't really doing a triplets flow. And Twista was just speed, he wasn't doing triplets either. 3-6 was, not all of them but Lord, Koopsta, and Skinny Pimp were definitely incorporating triplets into there style, and even they weren't doing it 100% of the time just most of the time. I dont think there style of rapping is what made the Bone thugs beef kick off, I think it was more about there whole image in general. Bone was a larger group like 3-6, they came out rapping and using dark, occult like vibes on there albums with skull imagery, using demon like voices, talking about the oiuja board, and just a whole dabbling with the dark side vibe. 3-6 prolly thought they were trying be like them in that sense.
I love Bone thugs and Twista and 3 6. With that being said u can't help but love and listen to the diss tracks. But this video definitely hit it on the head with Tommy Wright lll. We are all Bone. Bizzy bone is the best rapper of all time and that's a fact. I'll challenge anyone on that
Bone originated that style plain and simple. After them till this, day everyone trys to copy bone
@Tone Justice not at all. Bone did. Bone was the first to ever come with that style. Its obvious everyone else was inspired by Bones style also. Look how Twista is a fan boy even calling himself the 6th Bone member hahaha. Plus twista sound the same on every song he aint doing it like Bone. They have a cold ass style. No one can compare.
Twista is actually my favorite rapper after Krayzie Bone. Twista and Bone came out in 1991 I believe. Twista was rapping fast. So was Bone (flow motion). Twista was concentrating solely on speed and was seen as a gimmick by many of his peers and was even dissed by people from his own city. In 1996 he started changing his style of rap to be slower and he started adding in harmony. By the time Mobstability came out he was straight emulating Bone's sound. Front Porch and Warm Embrace come immediately to mind. Bone definitely weren't the first to rap fast, but they did bring that quick staccato style with harmony to the table first. Not saying Twista isn't a beast, just saying he definitely switched up his style after Bone blew up.
There you go. Faces of Death recorded in 1991 straight from Bizzy's mouth @1:20 ua-cam.com/video/mCDIb_Txi8I/v-deo.html

Nice video... the Midwest Invasion song was leaked in 2000.. I think it was originally meant for a compilation Layzie and Twista wanted to put together.
We all know all these groups don’t come close to Bone thugs. BTNH4Life
That issue did come up. We were split down the middle because some of us remembered hearing it much earlier than 2005, but we couldn't remember what year or where we heard it from. So we just decided to go with a solid release date that could be referenced.
@@BTNHFanvids Midwest Invasion didn't 'leak' in 2000', it first appeared on the Monsters Of The Midway compilation, you should check that out, it's a very tight 2 disc album.
Bone and Twista technically squashed thier beef when Layzie and him did the song Midwest Invasion which was released on Layzie’s “Its Not A Game” album in 2005 but it out on the internet way before that. Pretty sure they had a few other songs together as well before C Town.
Yeah. We knew it came out way before 2005, but we couldn't remember when the song first came out. To make the information in the video more accurate we used the official release date. There's other songs that Twista and Bone did, we just didn't list some things for the sake of time.
BTNHFanvids I hear ya...its was in the napster days lol. To go a litltle deeper “Spit Ya Game” on Biggie’s album also came out in 05 featuring Twista and Krayzie.
Lay and Twista had squashed it in '99 but Kray and Twista didnt technically squash their's til they met on the set of "spit yo game" video
Yeah, and Layzie did an album with AK of Do or Die. And Krayzie had Gangsta Boo on his Thug Mentality album way back then. Would have liked to have seen a proper collaboration album between Bone and Three 6 before Three 6 disbanded. And now their two best members have passed away, so that won’t ever happen.
Bloody Persistent man, i would’ve been happy with just ONE song from Bone and Three-6 in the 90’s! Sure an album would’ve been dope but thats just not realistic. But yea, I always pictured Bone and Three-6 on the beat for the Lord Infamous track “Anyone Out There”...such a dope beat and I think Bone woulda killed it...so would the rest of the mafia!

YOUENNNN exactly. he's probably a kid
Well you not even in the states. That's like me trying to comment on Aussie rule football. Stay in yo lane. Crucial conflict, twista, Do or Die all dope
You can't claim a style when your underground music isn't the same. Twista was the first to rap super fast but 36 mafia and other Memphis artists was the first in the late 80's to have flow wit it. Old bone thugs n harmony music was completely different. Krazie bone said in and old interview that he would come down south to jack the rapper convention in Atlanta. Hello! Who else you think was there? Then he said he brought the style back to Cleveland. Krazie bone clearly said he created that style for bone. Bullshit!!!! End of story. 1000%facts!
Where did he say this? This isn't true at all. There are tons of interviews where he says very specifically that he got the flow from Big Daddy Kane's song Prince of Darkness. While you're claiming he said he went to Jack the Rapper before he famous, which l haven't heard in any Bone interview in 20 year, others are claiming they stole their style from Freestyle Fellowship, and were attending The Good Life before they got famous. What is probably more likely the case is no one stole anyone's style, and bored ass fans have nothing better to do than to pit their favorite groups against one another. Meanwhile, all of the artists are cool with each other and ain't on the bullshit yall are on.
@@ixapsyborg Everything you said was bullshit. And YES he did say exactly what i said. I knew a bone fan say would something and didn't want to hear the truth. I can't lie about what another man said on a interview that waa recorded live. You can show favoritism all you want but its facts. I don't internet troll like some mf's.

Bone is personally one of my favorites i still remember my dad jamming bone thugs when I was 4 years old east 1999!!!!!
So many people was dissing Bone because they was/is so dope. Anyone who is great will be challenged.
Eazy boyz legendary
What would you if someone stole your style?
Literally 97% of current mumble / trap rappers sound the same.
Lol..the narrator sounds like he doesn't even listen to BTAH...he sounds like a Garth Brooks/Elton John fan😂😂😂😂😂

Tommy Wright the 3rd- Thuggish Ruggish Bustaz is by fuckin far the greatest diss song aimed at Bone Scrubs in Harmony
Twista tha 6 member of bone thugs would be dope
Twist Bone
Awesome video. This guy really knows his stuff
Glad they all killed the drama 🙏💯
I always loved BONE since day one, but I did used to slap that "Thuggish Ruggish Bustaz" by TW3.... I was hoping it would of made this list lol.
BTH are legends by themselves
Crazy there was no mention of the song" let's start a riot" by skinny pimp. That song was better than half these and direct as hell. Not sure how that got missed but anyway.
Bone was and still is the GOAT when it comes to rap groups. Even in their prime they had raw talent, no people gassing them like today's rappers , just straight skill. Many people can rap fast, but nobody comes close to the Bone style. NONE!!!
Different horses for different courses I guess🤷🏻♂️. I wonder where they do actually stand in the GOAT group discussion?🤔🤷🏻♂️
He said they never acknowledged the existence of thuggish ruggish Bustaz. But that’s not true.
On wasteland warriors Kray directly referenced the song
‘Thuggish ruggish sho’nuff thats what they called us’
I remember back in the day being a young Bone fan, this dude that lived in my neighborhood conned me into buying Crucial Conflicts “The Final Tic” tape off him by saying a member of Bone Thugs was on it lol. He only wanted $2, but $2 was alot back then for a kid. I was a little upset to find out there was no Bone but I wasnt too mad. I do like the song Hay but didnt care for the rest of the album.
You remind me of one of my friends, he couldn't stand Crucial Conflict, he felt like they were biting Bone, Haha!!! I loved Crucial Conflicts first album, that shit was classic!!! And their second album was better then the first, they had a Bone diss on there, which I thought was great!!! I was a fan of both groups, so I got to enjoy the shots fired on both ends, which was good for rap, rap was the shit back then, sooo much talent
I liked 1 song.hated hay.didny ubderstand the country barn setting when they from a big city
Let's not forget the FIRE that Bizzy and Twista brought with Money.
Ok to this dude doing these videos the first thing you have to look at is who we're talking about bone took the Memphis sound and commercialized it I'm old enough to remember eazy e coming to Memphis looking for talent after he split with NWA he liked the sound but didn't like the city or the south so he took it to Cleveland if you go back and listen to some of bone older songs they where calling themselves the triple six thugs that's when skinny pimp dissed they ass and 36 came right after they even tried to take Lord infamous name the problem is people only listen to the hit records you have to listen to the B side of the albums and you will hear the fuck shit go back and listen and tell me I'm lying don't worry I'll wait 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
💯👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
BONE THUGS CAN'T B TOUCHED WITHOUT QUESTION NO SURRENDER 💯💯💯FACTS SET🔥🔥💪💪TO THT MICROPHONE!!!!!RESPECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
look up the new song dj paul did for bone its call in da way
We heard the new songs they did with Berner 🔥🔥🔥. Maybe we'll do a Top 5 video about songs Bone did with past rivals or something.
Jeremy Burkhart Paul is a producer lmao
Jeremy Burkhart the new music just ain't good...
@@elfuego464 I think he knows that that's why he said Paul did a song for them
Cannon Dawkins It's they way he said it..like Paul work for them..haha
I just moved to Memphis around 94 and the beef was real 💯....I use to get verbally abused in school because I walked around with a radio playing bone thugs lol but I didn't give a fuck and I still play bone thugs loud in my car in Memphis!!!!
@Paul Durant that happened to a lot of us Bone fans. But Bone is still standing united and going strong. None of the rapper's that were hating on Bone can really say that.
@Sal Colores u damn right I didn't back down but I admit Memphis was fucking with bone tough until that article came out and it all went to shit
@@BTNHFanvids I get what u saying but I was listening to bone when whole city turned on them because of that vibe magazine article.....to be honest u can't blame Memphis
Yeah. With you being in Memphis as a Bone fan especially during that time, it had to be extra rough for you. Well, welcome to the community Bro.
~BEST RAP GROUP EVER~
#LEGENDS
#BTNH4LIFE
Definitely!
Bustin back was probably the sickest diss towards bone with all due respect ✊🏻
to kill all the bullshit....
bone thugs n harmony "living legends"20 plus years in da game and still doing it
Everybody had tight diss songs against Bone but in the end Bone still remaind and the others just faded away except Twista.
Number 1 .. guy was super jelous of bone.
“Up There” is stupid hard 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Nobody knew Who Tommy Wright was in the midwest and that song is nowhere near on the level of no Vaseline it needs to get mad play around the world before it can be on the level with no Vaseline
Damn bone and twista need to make a album together
Didn't jj fad have a song called hoes n harmony? Maybe it was a ruthless records group?
I can't recall, but remember seeing it on an album.
You might be thinking about H.W.A Hoes with Attitude. You took it back with JJ Fad though! Showing your age now😆. JJ Fad was the shit though!
BTNHFanvids THERE IS A SONG CALLED HOES N HARMONY AS A DISS SONG TO BONE
1985 Gemini We know. It's actually listed in the video. But it's not by JJ Fad.
Man bone back was against the wall, up against all the odds they were all great but bone has been my favorite group
You forgot Skinny pimp's song let's start a riot he's dissing bone on the whole song
Yeah, you're right. Skinny Pimp was one if not the first to diss Bone. We're making a part 2 to this list in the near future so if you can think of any more that deserve to be on the next video then let us know!
@@BTNHFanvids cool
