@@bookclub5291I’m glad I found your book club I promise not to be a troll but telling people who they are is key. I use to have ego but the spirit helped me dissolve this. I did not find the whereabouts to leave email but I left my channel info. I’m telling my story of the events that I learned although most may judge ego please 🙏 don’t. I never graduated the 9th grade so my English may be low at times or the way I may sometimes come across. If any questions please ask. I enjoyed everyone and I’m glad to have had head about G before I think all of his works and others needs to be gone over. Knowing the essence that G has known and to have heard of a car crash that changed his life I was in shock over his incident because I went through same thing. I was dead for a few mins and the things I quickly learned before going back is it said “You will tell others about me” this and the things after is a story I’m telling on my channel slowly. Although some may see it as ego it’s not meant in that way. I must give what the Father has given me to give about the story I tell and it’s up to others in time to judge. For now having a real Christ relic and Hermes known as Hermetis relic this alone has changed my life. Made me a believer of things in past I got from visions all the way to finding relics I’m studying in my studies what en exciting story this will make. I glorify others not myself I glorify others that through this act glorify our father who’s energy dwells at heart ❤ region. Oh you children of light 💡 if you only knew your gifts . This is where my story starts and I honor each person through honoring the father who is teaching and guiding. It’s my job not to misguide but to bring the full truth. I will be in touch brother and I thank you 🙏 again for the over 3hr hang out it was well worth it. I hoped I helped inspire because the story gets deeper. What a great text! It gave me a new understanding of G‘s work, in a very systematical way, like only a scientist is able to provide. It contains a lot of texts which can be read here in the Book Club. Most of all I‘m interested in the books of J. Bennett. One of his studies seems to be neglected by other authors: how Gurdjeff was connected with the old Asian sources of wisdom ( the Sufis, for example).
Glad you enjoyed it! This is an essay that I could read over and over 🤣, and like you say, it brings some good clarity to some of the important works to help understand G’s ideas and history better.
Bennett’s Making a New World, focusses more on G’s links to ancient cultures and schools. Maybe we will read it one day. 🙏❤️
Hallo! Wieder ein guter Beitrag. Danke auch dafür! Zu Ouspenskys Aussage bezüglich der Gurdjieffschen Arbeit: ich glaube, daß Ouspensky intellektuell zentriert war & Gurdjieff eher im Bewegungszentrum. Das war einer der Gründe, warum beide später auseinandergingen. Dann gibt es hier bei YT einen ehemaligen Lehrer (von Berufswegen), der sich mit dieser Problematik beschäftigt & dieser sagt, daß Gurdjieff genau deswegen Ouspensky diverse Aufgaben gestellt hat (zielorientiert auf das intellektuelle Zentrum) & das Ouspensky deswegen einiges falsch verstanden hätte. Dieser Lehrer behauptet, daß Ouspensky einige der Lehren von G. falsch wiedergegeben hat - es damit schon zu einigen Verfälschungen der Lehre gegeben hat. G. wußte um solche Verfälschungen auch im Allgemeinen, spricht davon auch im "Beelzebub". Erinnert sei nebenbei auch an das 1. buddhistische Konzil kurz nach Buddhas Tod, wo man sich um solche "Köstlichkeiten" wie, ob der Mönch an seinem Sitzkissen Kordeln tragen dürfe oder nicht, stritt. Solche sophistischen Spitzfindigkeiten haben alle religiösen & spirituellen Bewegungen zu ertragen. Was ich aber sagen wollte: Ouspensky & alle intellektuell zentrierten Menschen verstehen wahrscheinlich die Lehre zuerst mit dem Kopf. Gurdjieff ging übrigens alle drei Wege (was für seine Lehre auch überzeugend ist). Er schrieb (intellektuell), seine Movements zielten auf das Bewegungszentrum & seine Musik ging in das Herz. Diesen Weg verdeutlichen auch die Isis/Horuskind- & auch Maria/Jesuskinddarstellungen in der Ikonografie der orthodoxen christlichen Kirche & der Bilder im Zeitalter der Gotik & der Renaissance. Maria - das emotionale Zentrum, als Trägerin des stellvertretenen Haushälters (Mensch 5 oder 6). Das sind die Logomonismen, von denen G. im "Beelzebub" schreibt, als man in Babylon überlegt, wie man bestimmtes Wissen erhalten kann über Jahrtausende & Kriege und andere Wirrnisse hinweg.
Zur Sektenfrage: alle nicht institionalisierten Religionen & spirituellen Gruppen wurden schon immer als Sekten bezeichnet. Ich gehe da mit Lewis mit: sie verstehen es nicht.
Reality/Life = That which is/That I am
John 10:10 - "Behold I am (Life) is come that you might have inspired Life, and have it more abundantly."
By definition there can be only one all-inclusive or Absolute Being (Life), in which all relative beings live, move and have their Being.
Love is the recognition of our shared Being.
Self-observation exposes negative reactive patterns. Self-remembering (being aware of being aware) collapses them.
All change for the better begins at the still point of silence - simply being aware of being aware.
Life eternally actualizes infinite potential, because only Eternity can fully embrace Infinity.
To actualize potential:
Dream it = Mind
Feel it = Heart
Do it = Will
Integration = Integrity = Soul
When the Heart aspires, the Mind inquires and the Will conspires (combines).
The abstract (Heaven) called Love by the Psyche (Firmament) can be expressed concretely (Earth) as a smile, hug, etc, thereby uniting Heaven and Earth.
