I just made a tube and put 6 batteries i put one edge of the fairy lights wire at the buttom secured and one wire at the top I just put tape to have contact in the battery, then remove it when I don't need the lights on... I hope this helps. 😊
@Arts and Crafts Ideas UNLIMITED That is so smart! Would you consider making a video showing us how to do this? I still have so many questions 😅 Do you just cut off the battery pack that came with it? And how do make the on and off switch at the top?
@@ArtsandCraftsIdeasUNLIMITED Thanks! We don't have that store in Europe but I'll look for stuff online. Arts and crafts stores are very expensive here 😅
@Lucy Blue ohhh... try to find a colored plastic plates and bowls (for the main body) and for the tentacles [not sure if it's the right word 🤔] i used the fairy lights covered with balloon stick and a mesh.
@kathrynwood84 Hello, thank you for appreciating my work. The truth is I do not know how to price my projects.... I always have a problem giving a price and at the end I usually give it for free to my friends 😆 🤣 😂.
@kathrynwood84 Yes, that price range seems reasonable. The total cost I spent on materials is about $3. However, with the recent increase in prices at Dollar Tree (materials now cost $1.25 each instead of $1), now the total cost will be around $3.5. Additionally, I purchased a fairy light from eBay, which I found to be more affordable than other sites. Selling it for $15 to $20 is fair, considering the time and effort involved in creating this unique and specialized decor. I hope this helps! 😊
@ArtsandCraftsIdeasUNLIMITED Yes, that helps. So would you be able to make one for me if I sent you my address and I can send you the payment? Do you have PayPal? Also, I'm in the UK.
@kathrynwood84 oh... I'm sorry. I have other projects at the moment. I'm a bit busy. I'm making another Christmas decorations at the moment. But thank you very much for liking my work.
Beautiful 😍. I did not expect this is easy to make. Will definitely do this for my decorations. TY.

Hello. Very nice. I've watched several times, but I'm missing what you did with the batter pack and remaining lights. How are you turning it on?
