In muslim's relegion there is Thrones1 month to fast obligatory wich is ramadan and also our profet Mohamed ^sala laho alayhi wa salam^ has asked us to fast other days like monday and thursday also 13th 14th 15th of every moon month .and Mohamed has said that the best fasting is the fast of the profet David he was fasting day and eating day that is mean day by day and there is also other and other days like ^arafa^ with day before and day after and he was fasting a lot of days in ^sha'ban^ and 6 days after ramadan and day of ^ ashora^ ....... and thank you again.

Андрей Бамбизов самое интересное то, что в первую очередь при голодании вес снижается из за потери воды (а не жир уходит), жидкость, кстати, точно также быстро потом и возвращается, поэтому особого толку для здоровья и особенно "для избавления отжира" от таких голоданий нет. К тому же, при длительном голодании организм в первую очередь расходует энергию в мышцах (т.е. деградирует мышечная ткань в первую очередь, это уже общепризнанный факт), а жир как раз организм не сбрасывает до последнего (бережет на самый худший вариант - это заложено природой), т.е. при голодании теряются в первую очередь мышцы, а потом только жир. Сбалансированное полноценное питание, с грамотным соотношением кбжу, лишенное вредных продуктов - залог крепкого здоровья!
