Catholic Guilt (feat. Br. Lawrence)

"Catholic Guilt" is a familiar concept in our culture-whether you're Catholic or not. There's a trope that Catholics just walk around feeling more guilty than other people, and the phrase can get thrown around in a pejorative way.
But, is it true? Do Catholics feel more guilty? Are they, in fact, more guilty? Is this guilt "bad"? Is there such a thing as "good" guilt?
Br. Lawrence, CFR tackles this question with Fr. Mark-Mary and gives us a framework for contrition that will bring us close to a loving God who is always ready to extend forgiveness to us when we rebel against him in sin.
