I am no better or worse than any other human being on this planet. I guess the two previous comments have never made a wrong decision or struggled with character defects. Lucky hem. 😑😑😑
@Jeffrey Thompkins ummm…I accept responsibility for my bad choices, character defects, and “sins” and am actively working to over come them. You really think every choice you have made is perfect? Even you choice to use ALL CAPS in your post? I’ve never meet a perfect human being. Wow! I’m impressed. Why are you not President or King of Earth or something! Show us how it’s done!
@Jeffrey Thompkins 1 John 7-10 says! “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. [8] If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. [9] If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.[10] If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.” So by scripture you are a liar and the truth is not in you.
I did a lot of time in a max prison in Texas. Never had or wanted a punk even though I was doing big time. It was around and since I was "connected", there were many propositions, just wasn't my thing. My relationships broke down into four categories, friends, business partners, acquaintances, and short timers. I had two or three friends at a time, one of whom I would get moved in as my celly. I had business partners, some of whom I didn't like that much, but who were serious, not just about making money but also not getting caught. Acquaintances were the guys you knew from your cell block, worked with, played handball or worked out with on the yard. Short timers were the guys I never even bothered to learn their names.
The fact that they moved you once you filed a law suit then changed the policy just to avoid the problem is to me a big act of cowardice especially for the way they treated you.
-mind your business -have manners -respect people's privacy -dont judge people Basic and valuable life lessons that it seems are impossible for certain people on the outside to learn.
I’ve learnt more TRUE STORIES about Prison from Larry Lawton than anyone/anywhere else. Many of the TV Shows make a prison look like a Country Club. From listening to Larry, Prison is somewhere I NEVER EVER want to step a foot inside a Prison.
Hey Larry, love what you are sending out: Be Respectful of each other. And understand other environments. My husband of 16 years was 38 years my senior. Man what I got from him from a WWII guy was priceless. He fought hand to hand with a Nazi just like in "Saving Private Ryan" and he along with all my other 80+ male lovers never, ever wanted to see the movie "Saving Private Ryan" and "all" said "I've seen that shit before and I do not want to see it again". WWII guys might have a lot in common with you.
My family sometimes does not understand why life sentences are so rare in my country and this brought up a good point for my argument - if you have a life sentence and no way out of it, what stops you doing whatever you want? What are they gonna do? Hold your ghost too?
one thing larry taught me about prison is that its the most diverse place ever, its looked at as a place for dead beats and douche bags, but ive learned from what larry's said theres plenty good men and women in prison, its just sad

Hi , have only just found your channel and must say that I think its great. I am a retired Police Officer , Metropolitan Police, London. Having worked at Scotland Yard for many years find your experiences very informative. The old saying no honour among thieves is wrong. You probably have no respect for people like myself but I have to say I really respect the things that you have suffered and the fact that it sure has made you a better person and yes people can change, not everyboby but you surely have. Keep up the memories. You can be told what to say, what to do but never what to think.
Holy shit, down to the little detail of taking 1 foot out of your pants when you go to use the bathroom. I never would've thought of that in a million years
I have to say it is cool that you have the outlook you do after getting out. I like your demeanor on how you look at others. Thanks for sharing your stories!
So I only recently found your channel. First off, I’m so glad that you’re so vocal & fighting for human rights! Especially prison & criminal justice reform! I did 2 yrs myself in a state prison. I didn’t endure hardly anything compared to you fortunately! But I appreciate all of your hard work & videos. I myself am a gay male but my time in jail & prison I didn’t come out to anyone. A couple of cellies figured me out but they were cool about it and never said anything more about it. But I was mostly afraid to come out because I didn’t want to be a “punk”. Sure I would’ve LOVED to fool around with some of the attractive guys I did time with. But I’m not the type of guy that will fight. So trying to defend my ass from big scary ugly bubba didn’t sound like a lot of fun. Now that I’m out I sometimes wish I would’ve been open and might’ve had some fun with some of those really hot guys, I wouldn’t even have charged for anything lol. My favorite part of prison was the group showers lol. I was at a camp so it was dorm style and open showers. I’d always wait until the guys came in from the rec yard to shower. I’d always try to get to the middle shower head so I’d have three hot guys to the left and three to the right lol. Not worth going back for though! 😆
Just found you and I have no idea how but I’m hooked. Your energy is different. Reminds me of talking to my dad. He’s no longer here but He did time for murder (self defense) and the way you speak sounds just like him. Liked and sub after this video. Going to watch your cooking prison videos now. Thanks for the info!

@A G so i should help the guy who hit an old lady with a crowbar get a skill? No!
Thank you for sharing. I'm interested in hearing about relationships inmates have with people on the outside, specifically ones that started after incarceration. How some of those relationships are manipulations, while others are real, etc. I will check out your video list. Thanks again.
Love the videos larry! I wish there were more of you guys talking about prison story’s but most don’t make it out. You’re strong!
yeah sadly many people end up right back there. thanks
Check out afterprisonshow
Larry Lawton They’ll make it out I’d assume but worse off then when they went in, not rehabilitation. Huge flaw in the system. Not surprising they come back. Or the youngsters which have been in all their life...might seem easier going back.
I’m a female nurse in a prison, the stories I could tell 🤦🏾♀️
Do tell a few lol
Please share
👂🏾👂🏾 we’re waiting. Lol
Please don't share - it must be the stuff of nightmares - everyone thats commented, she's not talking bedtime stories you half brained mongrels - I've a feeling some of you may find out when you land in jail at some point.

I Am in a prison relationship. My wife threatens me anytime I say that I plan to leave.
Ultimately any relationship with a woman becomes an institution of corrections
😂
That's funny!
I wish someone wanted me like that😢
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hey Larry fantastic to hear someone so honest it’s a admirable quality these days!!
I'd love to see someone make animations for his book series, give us a visual aid to enjoy along with the stories
That would be cool. But just not any visual aids for todays stories please...lmao.
Been to prison, did not know about the leg thing. And even as a woman still a damn good idea! & honestly there is absolutely NOTHING more humbling in life than having to take that walk to prison.
NOONE! Would ever ask Larry if he dropped the soap in real life..
I mean, Larry is a confident dude, and I doubt he'd react negatively to anyone asking a question politely. He's not some dude just waiting to snap with anger.
Lol, I think you just did!
@@TimboCanada I mean,I wouldn't.but good point.
I think someone asked in one of the Q&As and he said no
@@jonathansefcik473 you're right! he didn't "drop the soap" he used it for lube
All of you who went through the penitentiary system and came out as survivors: Thank you for your stories. They are cautionary tales and object lessons for those wise enough to listen. Your experience, my lesson.
Got out after doing a nickel! Times were tough! Now I'm almost off paper and I'm a supervisor where I work! Thanks for the reminders as to why I don't want to go back to prison!
I love that this channel is so successful, prison life is fascinating . I’m grateful of of my shenanigans never want me up there and it’s channels and shows like this help me keep my peas and cues together. Just found this channel love it
"No one has a right to judge anyone" is something the free world can seriously learn from because we all have a life sentence on this Earth.
@Jeffrey Thompkins are you sinless?
@Jeffrey Thompkins 🤯
Guard: Why are you in the hole?
Inmate: I was getting "sexual favors"
Guard: who?
Inmate: My left hand man.

Way to go Christina, never judge people.
I’m still stuck on the snicker bar, oil face melt thing... 🤔
Oh no 🤦🏽♂️
Me too. Why was the snicker bar necessary?
@@erikadee8668 think about it like this, imagine melted boiled chocolate all on your face. It would make it harder for that person to get off
The sugar in the chocolate bar would reach a higher temperature than the oil. And sticks like glue.
@@erikadee8668 you ever been burned by caramel? It hurts like hell
The fact that they moved you once you filed a law suit then changed the policy just to avoid the problem is to me a big act of cowardice especially for the way they treated you.
-mind your business
-have manners
-respect people's privacy
-dont judge people
Basic and valuable life lessons that it seems are impossible for certain people on the outside to learn.
Woo 200th like. The thought of Larry up late leveling up his raid account or whatever is funny af to me. Cheers larry

I’ve learnt more TRUE STORIES about Prison from Larry Lawton than anyone/anywhere else. Many of the TV Shows make a prison look like a Country Club. From listening to Larry, Prison is somewhere I NEVER EVER want to step a foot inside a Prison.
Love your stuff Larry. Me and my friends "will never forget" your story.
Hey Larry, I’m here for you. Hope you’re enjoying the week
hey ben - thanks for getting here early - much appreciated. my weeks is great so far hope yours is too
A Excellent Video.. Highly Recommended.. Thank You Very Much For Sharing..
My family sometimes does not understand why life sentences are so rare in my country and this brought up a good point for my argument - if you have a life sentence and no way out of it, what stops you doing whatever you want? What are they gonna do? Hold your ghost too?
They are professionals when it comes to tormenting prisoners!
All the things I never want to experience in one informative place. Thank you for telling the brutal truth of life behind bars.
one thing larry taught me about prison is that its the most diverse place ever, its looked at as a place for dead beats and douche bags, but ive learned from what larry's said theres plenty good men and women in prison, its just sad
Yup. You can get thrown in for a bad cheque, a broken tail light.
My youngest brother is in BOP for life, so appreciate the info you share.
Larry does a great job making us believe he actually plays these phone games 😂
Just come across your channel and its really interesting to hear these stories.
The UA-cam algorithm is starting to recommended Larry Lawton. He's gonna blow up very soon over the next few weeks. I hope rock star picks up on him for GTA
The part about making sure you have one pant leg off while using the pot... made perfect sense, and freaked me out a little, at the same time. LOL! Good video... 😲
You approached this subject very respectfully and intelligently! Thanks for all your great videos! 😀
I just wanted to say you are a super incredible storyteller....I loved listening and I’m betting you could discuss paint drying and make that sound good! Lol! Thanks for your honesty and integrity. Another wonderful video!
If I go to prison, I want my bf to be a guy just like Larry. Manly, strong, sexy, smart, kind.
Same 🤞🏽😂
Okay, we are done here. Someone stop the planet because I wanna hop off.

You’re the man Larry!! I really enjoy your channel and all the wisdom you bring to the table brother!!! Thank you!
Holy shit, down to the little detail of taking 1 foot out of your pants when you go to use the bathroom. I never would've thought of that in a million years
huh

Hey Larry. Hope you're doing well. First of all my overdue condolences for the passing of your friend Jack and your celly. Rest in peace and condolences to the families. Second of all, it was interesting hearing you talk about prison relationships. You must have been through wild shit in prison during your 11 years in and I don't know how you sleep at night. Love the channel and stories Larry, keep 'em coming 👍
Larry can you do a video on the most difficult or scariest/tense moments that happend during a robbery or the most difficult robbery overall?
I appreciate how honest you are about the incident that occurred at 1:30 am. Not many men will be that forthcoming.
