Bro Your opinion is partially correct, but you are using blower type air cooler which consumes more with less cooling effect, try bajaj 36litre cooler which has 3 sides of honeycomb pad with fan motor of max 100watts which economical, but your consumes 190watts and sixe is also too small. You must humidity meter if more than 85% humidity is there then air cooler won't. I am living nearby beach so whenever humidity is low I use air cooler but humidity is high but temp is high I use AC.
Try bajaj 36L cooler which cost 6k let it run for 1 hr + it gives good cooling effect if humidity is below 80%, it's fan type so low noise comparing blower type. Power consumption is low in fan type. Cross ventilation is must.
