Any Texas rep that has time to make this an issue should be voted out. Too many real problems. This isn't an issue and I don't appreciate my tax dollars being wasted on it. It's already a done deal. A black market will replace it. Anyone advocating for this ban is actually lobbying for the cartels and they should be investigated.
Exactly right, banning hemp will only forced people to buy street off the street which is dangerous and illegal. But hey they’re giving us no choice🤷🏽♂️
@CharlesLee-es8jr I see you going to all of these videos and doing this. You're either a troll or actually believe this but ones things for sure you're a dumbass.
I have spinal stenosis, sciatic nerve damage, 4 steel pins in my hip, a plate in my ancle and muscle spasms in my back. I was on three pain medications, OxyContin, Methadone, and Hydromorphone plus a muscle relaxer. I started using THCA flower for the pain and with it I was able to get off all those medications. If it becomes illegal in Texas, I will have to get back on all those medications again. My life has been so much better with the THCA instead of all those medications. I`m crippled and disabled. I can`t afford to move to a legal state. I will be screwed.
@CharlesLee-es8jrlol. The lawmakers are the real criminals. This crap is not natural. They are extracting the delta 9 off a hemp plant using chemical solvents. Then spraying the concentrated extract onto another hemp plant to get people “legally” high. How is this better than smoking pure dried out marijuana plant? Oh and did I mention it is not legal to grow smokable hemp in Texas so this crap is coming from out of state.
this hemp garbage is actually just regular weed. a lot of the derivatives are naturally occurring. take thc-A. the is delta 9 thc(the illegal stuff) before it has been burned. you know how you have to burn a joint to get high, its the same concept its the same derivative. in fact its through selective breeding and a flaw in the testing that allows this to happen. 30 days into growth its tested for full thc after decarb(the process where thc-a turns into thc) and then you have another 30 day window to harvest in which the plant will produce thc-a(the compound that can be heated to turn into thc). its not complex and its not some hemp crap. its basically regular weed just very well managed to pass the tests specified so its legal. in fact, the plant being used was discovered when a legal hemp farm was accidentally bred with a cannabis plant allowing these specific conditions to occur for passing the tests and its only getting better and better with more genetic breeding upping the thc-a levels. and why ban it? at least we are buying from legal U.S. companys boosting agriculture in the states, providing jobs and valuable income to farms across America. its still taxed(sales not any sin tax like alc or "cannabis") so thats more funding that can be put twards schools, road, facilities, and so on.

The comment "regulate the quality and the clientele" gave me chills.
Any time you go downtown you smell it.
Problem is knowing which is legal and which is not.
Who really cares at the end of the day.
