This young man is well brought up to respect elders regardless if they are your helpers . Be kind to others & others will be kind to you. My mum has a lived in helper too. They fight like sisters & make up like best friends. Mum is 90 but she cares for the helper more than herself. Everyone out there who has a live in helper, pls remember she is also a human being with feelings & emotions. Be kind, spread love & learn not to let the material wealth around us makes us feel that we are better than those who has little. A lot of Singaporeans treat their helpers like a helper & talk to her like she js not worth much. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable.
Every time I watch something like this it brought tears to my eyes. Treat your home helpers with kindness, love, compassion and respect. Remember they gave up everything to come look after your most precious family and children?

She was and is the best helper to find her again it means she was a member of the family I love this😊😊😊😊
"We are very grateful and thankful to have you"
Thank you so much Shawn... You have a BIG heart... All the best to you... While to Lily - I hope you continuously find joy, peace and comfort in your life though it hurts to lose your mom... God bless you both! ❤🙏

I really love this CNA series so heartwarminf
Gotta give props to both Shawn's fam and Auntie Lili. Their bond isn't just about work, it's about how they've always treated each other like real family. They respect each other and see each other as humans first. It’s not something you see every day. people caring for each other with no strings attached. That’s the real reason their relationship is so strong and heartwarming. It’s all about showing love and respect, no matter where you come from
I proud and crying the stories of auntie my cousin..from Philippines 🇵🇭
Shawn, this is a very heartwarming documentary. It changed the way how I see Singapore and Singaporeans themselves especially now that I'm just fresh out of the Singaporean organization that I worked with. Merry Christmas! 💕✨🇵🇭🇸🇬

My eyes are full of tears watching the whole video but it doesn't fall down, so I just wiped it out. Auntie Lily is a very kind and strong woman, she is selfless and because of that she reminds me of my late Grandma. I wish her the very best things in life. Belated Happy Birthday, Auntie Lily! May God bless you more! 🎉🎂🎊

She left being a domestic helper to becoming a leader/public servant in her village.
