I always thought that because of their economic stature, they are snobbish and condescending. Actually they know better and act better. They are wise enough to realise the indispensable role of their helpers to them and their economy. Great episodes.

I like this show because it highlights some traits of Filipinos-- selflessness and community. In this era wherein people have become more and more individualistic, we are reminded how crucial and beneficial collectivism is for us to thrive and grow strong. That, similar to a bamboo plant, when people come together, we can hold on to each other and multiply our strength. So that come the storms, trials and tribulations, we only bend but still be able to stand back up as the storm clears. Keep safe and thank y'all.

This young man is well brought up to respect elders regardless if they are your helpers . Be kind to others & others will be kind to you. My mum has a lived in helper too. They fight like sisters & make up like best friends. Mum is 90 but she cares for the helper more than herself. Everyone out there who has a live in helper, pls remember she is also a human being with feelings & emotions. Be kind, spread love & learn not to let the material wealth around us makes us feel that we are better than those who has little. A lot of Singaporeans treat their helpers like a helper & talk to her like she js not worth much. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable.

Life Tip: Collect videos that showcase humanity at its best and add them to a special playlist. (Include this one) Imagine having hundreds of such videos that you can watch on repeat, turning it into a hobby to share with others until your perception of the world shifts to focus on the kindness and compassion of humanity. Of course practice humanity yourself everyday and influence others, that’s gonna be the best breed of influencers.

My eyes are full of tears watching the whole video but it doesn't fall down, so I just wiped it out. Auntie Lily is a very kind and strong woman, she is selfless and because of that she reminds me of my late Grandma. I wish her the very best things in life. Belated Happy Birthday, Auntie Lily!
