I bought this unit for a 2020 Nissan Armada and they changed the ribbon cable inside the head unit to the display. It is only a 30 pin connector. Any ideas on where to find an interface board that will work?

Nissan has change the inside part of screen in 2020, the rest of system are the same, it's better to change the whole screen to 2019 model. it won't have any bad influence when you change that.
