I think it will be a bit difficult to do 2 different streams of BTech side by side. As the curriculum of BTech is quite consuming. Also, if it's online, it doesn't mean it's going to be easy to deal with.

No not available for this program in IIT Madras. But there is a same program in IIT Jodhpur where there is direct entry for Masters.. you can check that out

Sun Bhai tujhe agar ye offline degree k saath balance krna h to iska liya roj 3-4 ghanta nikaal by taking 3 course in 1 term then at the time of offline exams U can manage ur offline colleges exams by starting prep for that before 1-2 weeks depending upon ur prep

If your cgpa > 8.5 or 9, then there is chance you can do your 4th year on campus.

Qualifier will be in centre.. but you need laptop for the programming quizzes in the course later
