For September batch, the registration starts from june 17. Can I use jee based entry for September batch too?

Lectures are too boring they are basically recorded yt lectures after each lecture their is a non graded assingment. Each week they release the lecture with the assingments and at the end of each course a graded assingment is given with a deadline before which you must submit it. Unlike semesters it has terms, each term is of 4 months which includes weekly assingments , quiz1, quiz2 and end term exam If your avg score in graded assingments is less than 40% you will not be given the hall ticket to write the end term exam. Student interaction facilities like houses, clubs etc are there.

Joining this course depends upon you, the eligibility is very smooth but the course is hectic you have to maintain your own discipline. I myself will be joining a college for b-tech (prefferably the one with low attendance policy)

I am official student of IITM BS degree. Placement stats you gave is not correct. The correct are Median package-8 LPA Highest package-25 LPA Median stipend(internship)- 20K Highest stipend(internship)-60K These are official stats.
Currently their is no jobs in IT as companies mostly hiring for experience people only and those are working in development they are doing internal switching into data engineering due to which less demand in data science also and IIT is claiming that so many students have been placed but those students have been fired in probation or internship period only so if you are thinking for this course as your main degree be careful it can place you in a wrost condition of your life and their no guarantee that you will get a job because whatever they are teaching is old which will be not relevant in next 4 years as IIT didn’t sign an agreement that they will place you even those who via JEE for them also placements are low or not placed one of my cousins remain jobless after doing this course
Opting it with a btech degree in cse from tier 3 college my plan is to prepare for gate and do mtech in iit worth it or not ? Only thing I am seeing is ki agar future mai data science mai entry leni hui toh I will have certificate of my credibility in the field bakki ml engineer banne ka socha hai
Bhaiya humsab daily iit madras campus me ja skte hai mai pta kiya hu bas mess and hostel allow nhi rahega wo bhi allow ho skta hai special permission aap mango ya phir 4th year offline me milega varna foundation level se hi aap daily iit madras me library me jake padh skte hai but we have to take pg outside iitm campus for 3 years.

It's a very rigorous course.... Trust me the diploma level is hard work.... Courses are very relevant.... It is pretty much data science, machine learning and Artificial intelligence

One advice as term 3 foundation I'll give is to practice more on pyqs and concepts because formulas will be provided in the exam.

BS degree hai with average placement 10 lpa and highest on campus 50 lpa in deloitte and off campus 80 lpa in Adobe
