Great vid again mate. In regards to the clen, without discussing dosages, what protocol do you find best? Do you follow the standard 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or just stay on and increment dose for prolonged period?

Fairly unequal amount of research regarding IF with female populations so hard to draw conclusions, anecdotally, there has been cases where periods have been missed or prolonged, my recommendation would be a less aggressive IF approach: shorten the fast (12-15 hours from last meal to first) drop IF frequency, so look to IF on maybe rest days which may be 2 or 3 a week
How much caffeine do you consume per day on average? I don’t normally drink tea or coffee but do use pre workout considering the change, pros/cons? Cheers Tom 💪

what do you do to keep your haematocrit levels etc in range tom while cycling or are they generally raised? mine are high just on TRT would love some input
