@Enhaze Your question is not in my area of expertise or the focus of the Vending Machine Support channel. Though, try looking for locations where people have access to your vending machines just about everyday. Also a location that lacks an easy accessible alternative for snack and drinks. Look to start placing drink vending machines first. Around 54% of purchases made from all forms of vending machines is a packaged drink.
If I change the trays places like I bought the AMS VENDO and I want to add a drinks with the snacks I removed one tray and I tried to make a space for the drinks so the letters are not the same please help me
Good morning everyone. I’m new in this group. I just bought my first vending machine. It is a used ap123. The top shelve is not working and the entire column ending on number 6 also not working. When doing the selection on those numbers it said selección invalid. Does someone had this problem before?
About three months ago I purchased an AP 933. Owner said he didn't have the key so I purchased as is locked for $150. Turned out the cab back harness was removed entirely. I looked everywhere online for it but no joy. I ended up scraping the machine and selling the board, t handle and keeping all the motors. Lesson learned that the machine parts are obsolete.
Sorry to hear of your bad experience. The parts may not be manufactured new anymore. Though there are places to get these harnesses used. Many times a vending company may have a machine with a damaged cabinet that they aren not using anymore but are keeping it around for parts. More often then not they will be happy to sell parts off of it. This does require some Google investigative work and many phone calls. The main take away here is never purchase a vending machine at any cost that you can not get inside of and inspect it. If you do choose purchase a locked machine with out keys. Then value the machine at current scrap metal prices.
The best place I have found since they're not a secondary mounting point for CC readers on the 133 or 933 series. I have always drilled out holes on the door. Usually at the POINT OF SALES sign on the 133/933 snacks. Most credit card readers supply a template that is meant for this type of installation. I will then use an extended harness, purchased separately or provided by the credit card reader manufacture, to run the harness over to the MDB and DEX buss of the machine.
I had this issue recently, but I had the tray pushed in. In fact I did a test vend on the tray and all motors turned, but when I put money into the machine for a live transaction I was getting the “Make another selection” message.
@Chris Severin If this is the case and your machine is an AP 130 or 930 series snack machine you can try performing a 'factory reset' on the control board. Doing this will place all of the machines setting back to factory default. You will need to reprice all your selection and configure any custom settings you may have set your machine up with. To preform a factory reset: Press the service mode button then using the selection keypad enter in 88123456790 The machine will then test vend the very first vend motor. Press the # key to advanced to the next motor. Continue this process until you have made your way through all the motors. Once done the board will be factory reset.
@VendingMachineSupport Alex: Do vending machine manuals have repair instructions, I e. "factory reset"? After watching your tutorial videos; I have decided to ask buyer for the name of their vending machines to bid on solicitations. How much experience or education for relays? I can't remember your video; I believe you referred to relay as a "light switch." Aedin
Hey so I have a Dixie narco 276 E and my client says that the machine is leaking condensation or water I can't seem to locate the potential areas can you do a video explaining how to solve it?
@Cardell Thomas If you machine is leaking water this could be due to an overflowing drain pan. Which in turn could be due to outside air getting into the machine or ice is forming on your evaporator coil. Here is a link to a video I have the explains how to field test your cooling system in your Dixie Narco 276E. This may help point you in the right direction on where to look for the cause of the leak. ua-cam.com/video/oaSexyNrdks/v-deo.html It is unfortunate the letter sequence that UA-cam auto assigned to this video's ID. There is nothing nefarious with that video link.😺
That's exactly the reason I have been reluctant to submit vending machine bids; the solicitations state repairs must be completed within 24 hours. Aedin
Looking to start in on vending machines when I have the cash to start. What types of location do you recommend looking for?

Any recommendations for putting a card reader on an AP 133 snack? Can't seem to find a double knockout bezel that will fit that space. TIA
