was there much of a learning curve when using 29 frenzy/RFS with being on lower health/taking more damage? also wanted to know what the DA mobbing is like too, thinking or taking mine a bit further in progression tyty
Level 29 frenzy restricts your healing to 1%, meaning throughout the fight you are at much lower HP. The benefit of being Level 29 frenzy is that you gain a final damage buff when your HP is low. Level 30 frenzy has 2% healing restriction, so you'll be at higher hp values throughout the fight, but you won't get the FD bonus (as your hp is likely to be full)
