Fantastic build! Great weathering and great production video! Thanks. Since perfection seems to be your goal, I’d suggest less weathering on the Shrikes. In my experience, missiles were kept very clean (unlike the aircraft). Smudges from dirty hands maybe, but no long streaks of wash.
Yeah, even the 1/72 is huge so I can imagine how big the 1/32 is. I have very limited space for my finished models to I'll have to stick to 1/72... atlest for now.
Thank you ver much! I have a Starfighter reveal video already (The Right Stuff themed build). But I will probably build another one soon, it's one of my favorite aircrafts :)
@@KillBoxScalemodelling One of my favourites also the English electric lightning and any type of helicopter I thought if you don't ask you don't get ! Regards Gav .
Beautiful build but why does everyone make the aircraft so filthy. I know aircraft get dirty but why do modelers make them look like they’ve been dropped into a mud pit? Love the weasel Thuds by the way.
Thanks @Flack Cat, I think the Thud is an awesome aircraft - love the wild weasels too :) In this specific case I got the idea from the photo that I used as a thumbnail for the Thud build series. I couldn't get hold of the decals for that individual, so I had to settle with the kit decals (which I later found out that they were wrong). Bummer! For me, the weathering is the part of the build where I turn the build into my own and I try to find interesting reference photos with used and abused aircrafts to give me inspiration for that.
Sometimes I think that some kits have an apprentice in charge of the design and QA and in some cases the master himself does the job.... :) Some kits are really good and they seem to be on top of their research, but some kits are horrible...
As a member of the Air Force stationed at Korat RTAFB, I worked many hours on 440, repairing the Doppler nav system.

Very impressive. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much!
Excellent authenticity. Looks superb as a warrior it was. I love the wash app and the cool look of the "shark-mouth" artistry. That's a thumbs up...
Thank you Robert!
Excellent work!
Thanks Michael 😃
wow I love the background music! it suits the entire thing! thanks for sharing!
Thanks you, P cj
10:48 Uh oh , what's the black liquorice stuff ?? What a gorgeous looking plane !
Thanks, it's a self levelling masking product called Panzer Putty. You can see what the can looks like at 11:30
Wow that's a really nice build. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks ! :)
Fantastic build. You have done a tremendous job there my friend ! I wish I was as talented as you. Everything about that build is just brill.
Thank you very much for those kind words, Steve.
Wow ! You did a Terrific job 👏👏. I really enjoyed your video.
Thanks a lot, glad you liked it :)
Basically a dumb down of Trumpeter’s 1/32 version. I built the 1/32 D and that thing is massive.

Nice job.
Thanks!
still awesome looking fighter
Yeah, it's a beautiful aircraft for sure!
👍👍
Thanks!
хорошая работа! красивая модель!👋🙂👍🏻

Just a comment for the algorithm.
Thanks 😊
Good skill, maybe little less dirty.
Thanks, next one I build will be like a crew chiefs wet dream 😁
Great Job indeed!
Thank you very much, Francesco 👍
Mantap Brooo ... 👍👍👍
Thanks, bro!
The vertical stabilizer on the trumpeter kit is incorrect.
Yes, there are a lot of inaccuracies in that kit. There are aftermarket to fix some of the issues, but I could not get hold of all the AM.
Lovely build again my friend any chance of an F104 in the future ! Regards Gav.

Outstanding job m8! Were you stationed in Thailand? I loved the vid , new sub here! 😎

I have never been to Thailand, but I would love to go there someday

Trumpeter's decals are always inaccurate
