What color is the stroller in the video?
It was UPPAbaby's Bryce White, which is now discontinued. They do have their limited Edition Jade Rabbit that also features the Bryce White with additional touches of red: strolleria.com/products/uppababy-vista-v2-stroller?variant=40230701236298
Why in the world would a parent put one child on top of another child? You can't even see the child in the bottom bassinet? As a nurse, I am highly uncomfortable with that idea. That is never a good idea not to be able to see both children at the same time next to each other????? Highly disturbed and I would not recommend this stroller.
Thank you for your feedback! Many double strollers available now, like the UPPAbaby VISTA, Baby Jogger City Select& Cybex Gazelle S are tandem, and thankfully it's perfectly safe when used as designed. Parents can see the front seat / car seat / bassinet, when looking just to the side of the upper seat, and both seats are very close to parents. For those who prefer a side by side twin stroller, we suggest the Bugaboo Donkey5 twin, or Bumbleride Indie Twin!
