This video features an Alstom Movia R151, 827/828, which is from CHD to serve EWL for the whole day, from EW29 Joo Koon to EW30 Gul Circle.
855/856 was initially supposed to be seen doing its mainline EWL testing during the daytime, most likely on the Tuas-West Extension Sector only. But it seems that during the testing run, 855/856 likely developed a fault and the train was unable to move. That forced the detrainment ramp to be opened on one end of 855/856 to let the SMRT & Alstom staffs out of the train. 855/856 was also turned off for the rest of the day, while stablizing at Joo Koon Sidings. First time seeing a test train failing its test run until like this.
As a result of 855/856 being stable at Joo Koon Sidings, all the trains could not enter the sidings to turnaround back to Joo Koon Eastbound. That forced all the trains that were bound for Joo Koon to utilize the crossover right before entering Joo Koon to enter the Eastbound Platform instead. Brings back memories of before the Tuas-West Extension was opened, and when trains would end at Joo Koon.
855/856 would most likely stable at Joo Koon Sidings for the rest of the day before being towed back into TWD (most probably via a 12-car operations) after revenue service hours.

But it's only that train that have issues during testing, and so far the trains that are on NSL now seems to be doing fine
