Question. I have the exact same bike (color and everything, good choice btw) and when I'm cruising around and barley on the throttle it kinda bogs down a little and looses power unless I give it more gas. Been trying to figure out why it's doing that. Is that the same kinda thing yours was doing? A few ppl have told me try changing the spark plugs.
mine is doing that at the moment low rpm it bogs at a complete stop it bogs almost like it wants to shut off but when you get on the throttle everything is back to normal. well see how some new sparks work on it.
If you changed the spark plugs and still have the problem, check the fuel pump, and make sure to clean the filter. it's not an easy job, but if you (reader) decided to check it, make sure to be super gentle with it.
Do a tune up, replace the fuel filter and clean the fuel pump. And also try a TRE mod, which will help with lower gear throttle response. Helped a lot on my friends k8 750.

How come you use philips but the manual suggests it's suppose to be a hex head?

Bro mine was 3mm hex for the breather box

NVK85 yes, it runs so much better and the idle loping went away.
