Thank you! I don't know, but it's the second time i've seen it. If you watch my video with the 747 landing at LAX, the pilot does the same thing after landing.

I learned that all 747-400s retract the inner 2 Kreuger flaps while the reverse thrust is active to protect them from damage. Not sure if that was carried over to the -8s
