Sarah Anne Marsh, Volnay 1er Cru Santenots

2018 vintage. From the selecting the parcel of vines within Santenots to putting the grapes in the press. The grapes come from Nicolas Rossignol's vineyard and I made the wine in his winery, along side some Meursault, Gevrey-Chambertin and Volnay, Chevret.
