Ok ningning’s voice is literally NEXT LEVEL. She sounds a little fuller/more mature than the Disney princess voice, but her voice still has such a sweet and delicate quality to it Her technique is sooo good I’m in love😍

Ok so from what I've gathered she is hitting the right note but she choose to do it in her head instead of trying to belt it out (using her mixed ranged) which would have sounded more powerful. Also you need to have a flawless technique to pull this note out with your mixed voice because it can be pretty damaging if you don't do it correctly. So summarising, she did hit the note, it sounded effortless because she worked smart not hard 😌

NingNing doesn't need the veins-popping method lol. It's well known as singers age the high notes get harder to reach, then maybe you have to. Things come easier when you are young. It's not just about the highs. The rich texture of her voice is superb.
