Just wanted to stop by and say that you're doing an AWESOME JOB!!! Keep up the great work 😎
I want jumbo quail in pretty colors that are feather sexing that consistently lay blue eggs.
Good luck. I wish you the best
How many sqft for jumbos? Still 3.5 birds/ sqft?
How much more do they eat?
We have a video called quail math that goes over that but 3 quail per sq ft for jumbos
Is quail and dove in the same family because I can tell the day dove come out what they are
They are not
Fantastic!!! I just have local plain old pharaoh coturnix quail. I want eggs first then I can add jumbos for meat!!! Thank you!!
You are a legend, so educational man you have just answered all my questions and now I can make my decision easier top stuff .👍
Thanks for talking about the difference between these guys! I had no idea the jumbos laid less eggs as all I've read is "quail lay 300 eggs/year" so I'm glad I came across your videos.
Happy to help!
If they put 300/year you will have a peel on day 365 insted a coturnix😅😅😂😂
Thank you for the great videos! New subscriber.
You are fantastic!! Your company definitely has the right person on the job. Many tks.
Are you still selling quail?
Yes we do at www.myshirefarm.com
Great to listen to, but it would be wonderful to pop in pictures as you're talking...
What about Celadons ?
Which classification do they fall under?
@@nicholasalexandermontanez2742 rare. It's also a recessive gene & not a feather color.
Wow, lots of great info, this really helps with choosing varieties, thanks Zack!
You're spoiling us with all the videos

Can you make videos with quails
He will occasionally pull one out when discussing a breed but they tend to freak out and flap around. When he has tried shooting videos in or by the cage they get agitated and make a bunch of noise which makes it so you can't hear what he's saying. He has genetics videos where he pulls out and shows every variety he's discussing tho
Thanks so very much for your help and videos
Thanks for watching
would love to see a chart of the classifications
There are some things in the works
What if I got a mix? I ordered (from someone else) jumbo wild hatching eggs & got a few Tibetan and Tibetan tuxedo. I'm not sure if I should separate them or allow them to cross breed with the jumbo browns.
This is helping me on my journey for sure
That is great to hear
I love the Jumbo Wilds, love that they are feather sexable and love the size for meat and size of eggs. My middle daughter however is liking all your colored varieties so, just maybe they will be in the future to try. Love all the videos Zack, thank you. :)
My Jumbo Wilds are only 3 weeks old & I'm loving them. You're doing a great job & I look forward to more videos 😁👍
I just placed my first order of 50 eggs. Can't thank you enough for the education on my new journey.
Thank you Zack for these videos. I learn something new each time that I view them. Now I can occasionally spew out some facts on my own!
Which category do Scofield silvers fall in please Zack?
A lot to think about, thank you
Thanks for watching
This helped a ton. Thank you! See you Sunday. You answered a lot with this.
I love when you get into the details of each breed. Just watched your video on Jumbo Whites and I'm confident on making them my first quail to provide meat for my family. 🙏🥰
Glad I could help! Good luck on your adventure with quail!!!!
Great info cheers 🙏👍
Where would Celadon egg layers fall into all this?
