There are some typographical mistakes in my earlier note.
The correct one is - ola is entirely taxi driver/owner oriented. Taxi driver cancelled booking twice last minute yesterday in my case at Ahmedabad with no help from ola.
No action on errant driver because driver gets money to ola. Pax are many.
Travelling in OLA was an awesome experience..Thanks to OLA!!

His pitch presentation style was not something special. Lack of coherence, no storytelling and order in whatever he presents. Overall very poor. One may have a great idea, doesn't mean he is going to be good orator. Ola cabs is basically a agent between taxi drivers & travellers bringing them on a digital platform like a stock exchange.

The driver of OLA cab Regn. No.: WB04 8530 was caught relieving himself on the sidewalk/footpath near the Kolkata TV center. There was a lady passenger in his cab at the time of this incident.

I had many bad taxi experience from Ola. Corporate theft!. Ola stole my money from auto-renewing for sharepass without my consent and charged me Rs 99. I did request, neither I used this pass at all. Now this money is gone.
