It also looks like a pretty blind jump if you don't know the track, so yeah I don't blame lesser experience riders for taking a hard fall on that jump
@@maciejilski7185 Looks like it sneaks up on the riders without enough time to get speed or even see the other side - a lot of them brake suddenly then either roll over it or fall short and case
I ride greno and wharncliffe quite a lot,the trails get very busy with small children/parents/inexperienced riders/horse and dog walkers etc this trail feature if left in place is gonna end badly

Oakleaf700 I know mate,however greno woods isn’t a trail centre,it’s public access woodland and will always be that way,a friend of mine was taken off his bike in there by a extendable dog lead that had been tied off between trees on one of the trails,innocent party feeling the brunt of an obvious altercation between walker and biker 👍

In my three decades of racing, I have never seen what appears to be a purposely built hazard to cause crashes. Damage to Bikes and Bodies. Not cool. Yes, a crowd will gather where there is action, but no longer any fun when EMT is called. There is an event in Arkansas that would have a good crowd to gather and watch. Enter into a steep short smooth descent, and the really good riders would catch some good air, and put on a good show for the crowd as the exited out of the dip. Those that were more timid such as myself would adjust the entry speed so as not to launch out of the other side of the dip. No need to build a hazard to gather a crowd.

@@BenDeakinMTB downgraded by editing software, yea i had this problem too now that you mentioned it. I used a simple programm (sony vegas) where i had the easy option by setting up a quality slider for the rendered video...the programs these days are way more complicated. i think you need to look into your software much deeper. there is so much stuff, youtube comments arent the best place for that :P

The run up is too short for the distance you need to fly. The landing needs to be moved back a meter
