You know, I used to think my sister and I played this game weirdly, because we mostly just caused chaos and ignored the missions. But seeing Kevin cause chaos *during* the missions and somehow still pulling them off is so entertaining and hilarious. I’m happy to see this video is long because I love this series. Edit: “I’m future Kevin” had me in stitches. That was amazing. 😂
COVID Shivering in bed falling asleep to Kevin playing GTA SA is poetry in its own way. Thank you Kev for making it a bit easier to focus on something besides the pain
I’ve been having a really rough past few months, and today has been especially awful, but seeing an hour long video upload from Kevin made me so happy! Thank you Kevin, your uploads always make the bad days better ❤️
I wish kevin would stream again. I miss it so much, I've watched everything on his stream archive channel. Its just so calming. I do enjoy these videos as they are longer, and is like a stream but focused more so there is no down time. But again I enjoy the down time
I've been watching since your SA-MP days and I love seeing you play San Andreas again. I was in one of your SA-MP playthrough videos years ago and you sold me a baseball bat on MTG :)
I can see why Kevin wouldn't want to attend a barbeque in GTA with violence and fire, when he's hosted much better violent, fiery barbeques in The Sims.
Odd thing. I was reminiscing about my childhood of playing GTA games when I was younger while watching this video, and one particular mission that stood out was a guy on top of car you had to scare. I literally asked myself, "Wait, which one was that?" and the next thing I know I see the, "Scare-o-meter" I don't even know how far into the game this mission is in, but I don't even remember getting pass the train mission with that famous meme line Big Smoke is known for.
I love that you've been going to longer form content. I've always loved your particular style of playing games and getting a whole hour of it is just a treat!
It's something about when I play "San Andreas" driving to Las Ventura is comforting.....just as well when I open the San Ferriero locations. Each city has its own ambient vibe. Los Santos has the more Funk & hip hop ambient. San Ferriero has the House music club scene vibe. Bone County & the Desert it's gives me talk radio & Country Music styles & Las Ventura's is like the Rock n Roll ambients ......this also includes mission styles, NPC character reactions & environmental scenery. But when in back in Los Santos, I get the feeling it's back to gang culture, taking out "Crash", maneuvering thru "L.A. Riots", & thrown us into a "Boyz N The Hood" & " Menace 2 Society" references......and with that the vibe is much more hardcore that Rap & Funk does fit perfectly..... 🧊🔥🧊🔥🧊🔥🧊🔥
Man I really wished Rockstar would've focused on newer-ish locations for their next installment. Las Venturas and San Fierro could be their own games entirely. I would LOVE to explore a Las Vegas-like strip at night, go into casinos, aimlessly wandering long roads like route 66, visit little towns along the way or traverse the vacant desert at night with a possibility of catching strange sightings of otherworldly things. This place is deserving of its own cast and story.
Agreed, vice city seems like the most boring location to me because the only thing that made it great was the 80s setting. SF and LV would be much more nuanced.
Love your content, Kevin. After a long day at work, it's so exciting to see when you upload a video. Looking forward to all the creative projects you're working on in the background too.
Amazing ending. I really didn't see that coming. It's been soooo long since I played it that I forgot there was a gambling game where you could bet everything.
As somebody who lives in Las Vegas, it's really funny to see Kevin interact with this fictional version of the city. It's actually really accurate. Weapons included.
12:46 imagine walking around town then someone starts sprinting at you full speed in underwear, socks and sandals with an eyepatch screaming "don't go into that mission that's my mission"
I was JUST thinking about how much I love Kevin playing GTA SA, and how I'd love to see another video from him on it. Dear Leader really blessed me today.
Kevin if you see my comment I want you to know you make me laugh so much which helps a lot because I have depression and anxiety. Thanks Kev for being you!
I love how Maccer is voiced by the only appropriate person because let's be honest, even if he was voiced by someone else, we'd still mentally voice him with Shaun Ryder.
i really appreciate that the Cool Hotel franklin can move into resembles treasure island so much. i forget if this game was during its Family Friendly era or not but like treasure island was one of the least adult-only hotels in vegas around this time. cool thing to visit now though & actually learn what i'm vaguely repeating: they have the big ass skull that was the treasure island hotel sign at the neon graveyard in vegas. and a shit ton of other cool signs from the area. i guess maybe it's less suspicious to rent out of the for everyone hotel than tropicana or caesar's or w/e? dunno, never rented a room and done crime nearby before
Kevin here making amazing content whether its Stardew, Cities skylines, route 96, or like today an hour of San Andreas. Love your channel and content Kevin. It all ages like fine wine.
Been in bed all day not feeling well and honestly this is just perfect for a day like this. Thx Kevo!!
ah, of those days. Same here. Depressed and thinking bout d****s and gettin high.

hey as long as you're having fun i'd say you're not playing the game weird
that’s the charm of GTA. it’s never weird how you wanna play the game.
There is no right way of playing GTA

+1
A whole hour of Kevin's chaotic beauty! A blessing from the gods!
It's great to get to 9 minutes into a video, start feeling bad that its going to be over, but then realize its an hour-long upload.
An hour of chaos and wacky events.
Thanks Kevo!
This game's size is still incredible, 3 massive cities and everything in between
I swear you make these borderline ridiculous level of difficulty missions fun. How can you laugh through the pain so well?!
Years of training

A full hour of Kevin playing GTA, thank you for all the work you put in, you’ve earned my like good sir.

I hope you feel better rest well being sick is no fun
I recently rewatched you play the San Fierro missions and this is just icing on the cake, thank you Kevo!
See, Kevin took a picture of the crime so that he'd be the one with the evidence instead of the police. Kevin is a crime genius.
I’ve been having a really rough past few months, and today has been especially awful, but seeing an hour long video upload from Kevin made me so happy! Thank you Kevin, your uploads always make the bad days better ❤️

If possible could you do a full playthrough?! Nobody plays it the way you do, and it's always fun to watch you enjoy a good game ❤
isn’t he doing that?
These long form vids are so much comfort thanks for doing what you do ❤ Also Kevin is a barrel rolling genius 13:33

This brings back soo much memories. I first found kevin from his old GTA and SAMP let’s plays!
It’s a bummer his SAMP vids are private, but there’s still a chance we’ll see em I guess
I'm glad a big UA-camr like yourself still plays this game. It's an amazing game and it needs to be kept alive and introduced to younger generations!

Kevin and GTA San Andreas together is pure nostalgia also. I remember those Jim Pickens days. Kevin pretty much doing GTA RP before it got popular.
SAMP RP was an always will be the best.
One hour of kevin playing is a happy hour Thank you kevin
That Girl that almost stole Your Mission was like "Now I'm The Main Character Now".
I finally 100% beat this game for the first time the other day! Still one of my favs all this time later

I could watch Kevin play San Andreas all day! This is the good stuff
CJ and Woozie's dynamic is so good. Best pair of friends in gaming, ever.
I've been through the desert in my heart underwear
It felt good to drive my hot dog van

Classic GTA, where the setups are realistically more difficult than the actual end goal

Have a lot of nostalgia for this game as well. Love the video!
A video thats one hour long? We must have been blessed by our dear leader, Jim Pickens.
Just rewatched all the GTA videos today, so this is a pure gem 👏🤭
Kevin: I'm so sick of planes.
Also Kevin: Approaches an army base with armed RPG's in a plane.
All you had to do was get on the Dam Quay, CJ!
I would watch Kevin replay any game. Also, RIP in peace Hot Dog Man
I was actually just watching the old San Andreas videos with the mod randomizers, then this popped up. Perfect timing.
That airplane food joke was Seinfeld-worthy
I love it when you play old games on your channel, keep up the chaos, kev!
I miss GTA San Andreas. I would do cheatcodes to get the jetpack to fly over to Las Venturas.

Me: Kevin, your channel is violence and fire. 😂
When I played this game, it was on very low graphics because our computer was old, so I don't remember it looking this nice. 😅
It's the definitive Edition that came out last year so that's why it looks a bit better
