Damn that first duel really was "draw your last pathetic card so I can burn you, Rhyme" "My deck has no pathetic cards! But it does contain, the unstoppable, Exodia!"
0:18 Gohan literally snapping and become a menace to society as SSJ2 Bakura staring down Slifer with a goofy ass smile as if he wasn't going to lose Naruto asking Iruka to stand in as his father at his wedding
Still great that you actually activated Reckless Greed at the end of your draw phase, not only do you partially deal with Reckless Greed's con but you also were able to trigger Heart of the Underdog.... 13:25 Activating Prohibition and calling Exodia, the Forbidden One does not stop the Win Condition from activating because it's a Win Condition not an effect. Prohibition only stops effects.
@@DarKnight20065you’ve gotta admit it is extremely iconic when it comes to more recent anime moments. Hell that shit not only broke crunchyroll, it BROKE PORNHUB lmao people were trying to watch the episode on pornhub so much that it overload the servers
Goku going super saiyan 3 is peak iconic. "And this is to go even further beyond" is probably a line 90% of anime fans know. Aside from that maybe the Haku and zabuza fight from naruto or when ichigo first unleashed his bankai. One of my favorite anime a certain scientific railgun has a scene midway through the first season where mikoto misaka (the anime's protagonist) unleashes her full power against an amalgamation of 10,000 Espers(psychics)
One of my personal favorite moments in recent yrs, is the Medusa/Rider vs Artoria/Saber Alter fight in Heaven's Feel. its one of the few scenes/Moments in a while that had me pumped up and excited, it was just an amazing albiet short, fight sequence.
Top 3 anime moments from MY childhood..... 1: Yugi summoning Exodia against kaiba 2: Goku first turning Super Saiyan & SSJ3 3: I remember Big O, SHOWTIME!!!
There are dozens of hype moments in anime that have engraved themselves in my mind. But few have engraved themselves in my heart the way that the finale to Anohana and the end of Digimon Last Evolution did... As a grown man I proudly cried to both, and I still get misty thinking of them...
Best Underdog Exodia deck is literally have nothing but normal monsters in it aside 3 Underdogs and 3 Reloads. It was super consistent for me in this mode, and I went on a 7-game win streak with Exodia finishes. Best Tribute monsters if you have to stall and get super unlucky with the reloads and opening draw are Millenium Shield, Summoned Skull, Luster Dragon #2(mostly because I only had two Summoned Skulls) and a Blue-eyes for a two tribute. Most I ever really needed was Millenium Shield because this deck could almost always get Exodia by turn 3 if not 2.
It's amazing to see this video and it all but confirms that I actually dueled the real Rhyme on the last day of this mode. Underdog Exodia really puts the pressure on a duel.
I like your editing, man. Also, 2004 Yugioh is awesome xD I still like the times of GX, 5Ds and maybe even Zexal, but wow, do I miss an option to the current format.
My three favorite moments in Yu-Gi-Oh anime is 1. Yami Yugi doing Monsta Cahdo (OG) 2. Yuya's Raging Odd Eyes moment (Arc-V) 3. The moment Judai loses his go to happy dueling attitude and becomes the supreme king (GX)
i used to play heart of the underdog with "the a-forces" and "two-man cell battle" with loads of level 4 normal warriors in an older game. was pretty quick to swarm enemy with it
Luffy jumping out of a barrel and punching a guy in episode 1 of one piece, it was that moment I found my love of anime and one piece became my favorite anime.
I went to locals forgot my deck, friend lent me his Exodia deck for the event. First round we draw for start of game and all 5 pieces were on top. Felt crazy.
There were a lot of hype anime moments like either when yuya becomes Zarc in Yugioh arc v or when Yusuke gets possessed by the demon in yu yu hakusho but my top 3 is when Atem/yami summons exodia against kaiba in the first episode obviously then when goku turns into super saiyan for the first time against frieza then when Atem fuses the Egyptian gods to summon the creator of light to eradicate zorc/bakura once and for all
Oh wow, someone actually used this exodia deck against me during the event. It took like 30+ turns, but I managed to beat it. It definitely took me by surprise after facing a bunch of horus decks.
dude I fought so many decks running something similar. i hope they bring it back i quit playing masterduel but was glued to the game while this was out, im an oldschool player. but there was some cards that shouldnt have been allowed in the 2004 restrictions that they missed.
That first round after rhyme drew his two from reckless greed basically went: Rhyme : ah shoot I didn’t draw the last piece, I’m gonna lose, but wait I’m the protagonist I can still magically pull out a win from no where with the power of my plot armor
My top 3 iconic moments from my childhood would have to be 1. Goku going SS3 2. Naruto going kyubi mode against Hakku 3. Pikachu saving Ash from the Spearrow Yugi summoning Exodia was peak though. Made little me sad when Weavil just dumped the cards and we didn't see him again.
Goku going SSJ and Salior moon transforming are definitely top two most iconic moments but I'm honestly really stumped on a 3rd, it could be "Exodia obliterate" , or "omae wa no shindo NANI", or "oh, your approaching me".
I was yelling at the screen about you using Jar of Greed when it wasn't your draw phase. It's literally like an extra life if you trigger it after you fail to draw a normal monster. You can also do the same for reload, magical mallet, monster recovery, and hand destruction. I know not all of those are legal in this format, but what you want is any effect that will let you draw cards during the draw phase so it keeps triggering heart.
It was fun playing Master Duel for 4 days. If they made this mode permanent, I would probably play every every day. But now, back to almost never touching this game.
Reload works with heart of the underdog Since it's a quick effect you can use it after using HOTU and then if you reload to get another normal monster you can keep going
I'm not seeing any answers about the "cannot activate" effect on Exodia's head - Exodia's head doesn't activate, you just win the game. I've seen a similar clip which set up a draw using both win and lose cons simultaneously which would've prevented Exodia from activating IF it did activate. So the tl;dr is that Exodia doesn't activate so you'd still win even if they called it.
Rhyme accidentally using reckless greed like that is exactly why we like Yugioh. Accidentally adding cards that interact well together and only realizing that mid duel.
I did this similar build, but i filled my normal monsters with light and dark only, have the chaos cards, one venus to spam balls for a tribute ( i use dm , blue eyes , summon skull , red eyes ). It’s a fun deck
Doto putting two left arms of exodia in his deck is the best anime moment of all time
😂😂😂😂
its effect automatically makes you lose the game instead
Most iconic anime moment was when Doto thought he summoned exodia but put two left legs in his deck instead of a left and right 😂
Damn that first duel really was "draw your last pathetic card so I can burn you, Rhyme"
"My deck has no pathetic cards! But it does contain, the unstoppable, Exodia!"
0:18 Gohan literally snapping and become a menace to society as SSJ2
Bakura staring down Slifer with a goofy ass smile as if he wasn't going to lose
Naruto asking Iruka to stand in as his father at his wedding
Each time rhyme draws a normal monster with heart of the underdog, i just imagine yugi saying “Monsta Cardo”😂
I was saying It lol 😂
Still great that you actually activated Reckless Greed at the end of your draw phase, not only do you partially deal with Reckless Greed's con but you also were able to trigger Heart of the Underdog....
13:25 Activating Prohibition and calling Exodia, the Forbidden One does not stop the Win Condition from activating because it's a Win Condition not an effect. Prohibition only stops effects.
I don't think that's even legal in old school yugiohs ruling, you can only activate effects during main phase unless it's a card condition.
Goku turning super saiyan the first time is too iconic
or ultra instinct
Bro said Ultra Instinct 💀

Son Goku the Super Saiyan
No man your new to dragon ball for saying that @@lawlawland1221
Favorite moment was Kaiba threatening to fall off the wall if Yugi attacked him, it just perfectly encapsulates Kaiba as a character.
The first homie drop

reload is a quick spell, so you can use it on draw phase
i used that in my version of this it is a crazy card for this if you draw a trap and have half your deck in your hand
also used solem wishes
One of my personal favorite moments in recent yrs, is the Medusa/Rider vs Artoria/Saber Alter fight in Heaven's Feel. its one of the few scenes/Moments in a while that had me pumped up and excited, it was just an amazing albiet short, fight sequence.
That first game was awesome.
Yugi obliterating Kaiba, Goku going Super Saiyan for the first time, and Gohan going Super Saiyan 2 against cell
Here after TeamSamuraiX1's video. Was 🔥
That cheater
I just find it funny that Rhyme's able to make a better exodia deck that's more interesting than Sam's xD
Why is TeamSamuraix1 a cheater?
Sam always has always will cheat
Most iconic in anime: tie between Goku going SSJ and Naruto appearing in the village in his Sage Mode attire
BLS and DMOC on the same turn. You know he was feeling proud of himself with that board.
Damn can’t believe Rhyme got it twice!! Sick video as always
Nah that win with exodia first round was tight
One of my favorite Yu-Gi-Oh moments is when Dark paladin did his best Exodia impression
My 2 favorite moments was the iconic doro monsta cardo! And when yugi used the three egyptian gods on the orichalchos god thingy
Top 3 anime moments from MY childhood.....
1: Yugi summoning Exodia against kaiba
2: Goku first turning Super Saiyan & SSJ3
3: I remember Big O, SHOWTIME!!!
That heart of the underdog play was one of the coolest things I've ever seen, great work!
When Agumon digivolved to Greymon in the first 10 minutes of the Digimon movie lives rent free in my head.
its always a good time watching exodia decks in the old formats
We really need to convince them to make it permanent, loved every minute of this mode
There are dozens of hype moments in anime that have engraved themselves in my mind. But few have engraved themselves in my heart the way that the finale to Anohana and the end of Digimon Last Evolution did... As a grown man I proudly cried to both, and I still get misty thinking of them...
Kaiba mindfucking everyone and defying fate/future by tributing Obelisk for Blue-Eyes White Dragon will forever be 1 of the coolest things to me
Dude, that channel profile Pic is BASED. +_+
Heart of the Underdog went absolutely crazy here my goodness
Fav moment was when yugi literally mind broke kiaba and said "open your mind" that line went hard
it is probable that this is one of the fastest clicks in my entire life
same lol
Same bro😭😭
Bro really have the heart of the card!🔥
Just recently, Todo and Yuji jumping Mahito for the last time was one of the greatest fights in anime history.
My all time favorite moment or episode in YUGIOH is the grad match from season 1 of GX
It's amazing to see this video and it all but confirms that I actually dueled the real Rhyme on the last day of this mode. Underdog Exodia really puts the pressure on a duel.
Wow! That first game was magnificent. Rhyme got the head that he finally asked for. XD
Best Yu-Gi-Oh moment when Yugi summoned Slifer against Bakura
That first duel is wild lol
Man Kaiba never was the same after Exodia and Yugi made him go💀.
For anyone that's read and/or watched Eden's Zero, Shiki going black sky mode for the first time was super hype.
I like your editing, man. Also, 2004 Yugioh is awesome xD I still like the times of GX, 5Ds and maybe even Zexal, but wow, do I miss an option to the current format.
Yusuke firing his first Spirit Gun after getting the Spirit Wave from Genkai. the whole fight against Teguro is one of animes best fights
My three favorite moments in Yu-Gi-Oh anime is
1. Yami Yugi doing Monsta Cahdo (OG)
2. Yuya's Raging Odd Eyes moment (Arc-V)
3. The moment Judai loses his go to happy dueling attitude and becomes the supreme king (GX)
Bro that Reckless Greed at Draw Phase was straight genious
When Gon went absolute beast mode against that cat girl
Rengoku’s fight in mugen train will always stick with me
Me and you did the same thing with our arms when you got that last exodia 😂
i used to play heart of the underdog with "the a-forces" and "two-man cell battle" with loads of level 4 normal warriors in an older game.
was pretty quick to swarm enemy with it
The Tyree Exodia clip is the best clip only second to the two left legs of the forbidden one by Doto.
Funny this video comes out right after Konami announces the Exodia set coming in July. Love it!
Exodia meta 2024? 😱
The nobleman of cross out spam in this mode was crazy
God damn!! The tension in the AIR!! 😮😮
gaara breaking rock lees limbs is always a top tier moment for me
Luffy jumping out of a barrel and punching a guy in episode 1 of one piece, it was that moment I found my love of anime and one piece became my favorite anime.
I went to locals forgot my deck, friend lent me his Exodia deck for the event. First round we draw for start of game and all 5 pieces were on top. Felt crazy.
I had 3 reloads and 3 heart of the underdogs. Everything else was a vanilla monster, i won so many duels back to back for the event
This is given me legacy of the duelist PTSD
Goku going super Saiyan for the first time Naruto vs Sasuke and Luffy going to save Robin are same of the best moments in anime history
Gingka getting Galaxy Pegasus is way too iconic
There were a lot of hype anime moments like either when yuya becomes Zarc in Yugioh arc v or when Yusuke gets possessed by the demon in yu yu hakusho but my top 3 is when Atem/yami summons exodia against kaiba in the first episode obviously then when goku turns into super saiyan for the first time against frieza then when Atem fuses the Egyptian gods to summon the creator of light to eradicate zorc/bakura once and for all

I actually got Heart of the Underdog chained on ladder a couple times because I couldn't draw removal. Still felt good to play GOAT
I cant wait for the Exodia support to be released in Master Duel
dude I fought so many decks running something similar. i hope they bring it back i quit playing masterduel but was glued to the game while this was out, im an oldschool player. but there was some cards that shouldnt have been allowed in the 2004 restrictions that they missed.
reload works amazing with heart of the underdog btw
When Zatchbell was told by Kolulu to become a benevolent king
That first round after rhyme drew his two from reckless greed basically went:
Rhyme : ah shoot I didn’t draw the last piece, I’m gonna lose, but wait I’m the protagonist I can still magically pull out a win from no where with the power of my plot armor
Haven't played master dual for a while since I'm not the biggest Meta fan but I gave this mode a try and really enjoyed playing a horus deck
My top 3 iconic moments from my childhood would have to be
1. Goku going SS3
2. Naruto going kyubi mode against Hakku
3. Pikachu saving Ash from the Spearrow
Yugi summoning Exodia was peak though. Made little me sad when Weavil just dumped the cards and we didn't see him again.
Tyree’s eyes about to glaze over since you mentioned the exodia incident again LMAO
Goku going SSJ and Salior moon transforming are definitely top two most iconic moments but I'm honestly really stumped on a 3rd, it could be "Exodia obliterate" , or "omae wa no shindo NANI", or "oh, your approaching me".
Def my favorite mode
I play exodia now on master duel and yes getting it off is so satisfying especially when back against wall
If you are playing heart of the underdog you always use your draw traps in the draw phase to keep the loop going
MY LOVE MY ANGER AND ALL OF MY SORROW! SHINING FINGER SWORD!!!!
GO GO GO!!!!!!!!
This mode was fantastic!!! I miss when yugioh was like this!!!
I would say my overall favorite moment in anime is when Ichgio saved Rukia on Sōkyoku Hill
I was yelling at the screen about you using Jar of Greed when it wasn't your draw phase. It's literally like an extra life if you trigger it after you fail to draw a normal monster. You can also do the same for reload, magical mallet, monster recovery, and hand destruction.

Exodia was actually the first tier zero deck in the OCG.
Feels good man
Reload works with heart of the underdog
Since it's a quick effect you can use it after using HOTU and then if you reload to get another normal monster you can keep going
when I saw this deck during the event, I wanted to run into traffic. I just scooped. 3 heart of the underdog, 36 normal monsters and the head.
Gohan going Super Saiyan 2 in DBZ is my standout moment in anime.
I don't remember which game I was playing, but Grandpa Muto used Heart of the Underdog to draw 30 cards and beat me with Exodia. I was mindblown, lol.
RHyme QUICK RELOAD works with Heart of the underdog! If you use it in your draw phase (cuz its a quick play spell), heart of underdog can trigger!
i don't think anything goes crazier than rock lee dropping the weights in the fight against gaara
That 3rd guy drew like a god wth 🤣
Not gonna lie, I popped during that first duel when rhyme got the last piece
This deck is way more satisfying to pull off than the one Sam played against Seereax, glad you didnt just run 2k walls😂😂🙌
I want OG Yugioh videos daily Rhyme!
I wish I could tell you the most iconic anime moment, but nothing happened.
Man Rhyme I wished I had run into you playing this festival but it was nice seeing real pleople play instead of the bots you run into in ranked.

i can tell when that exodia support comes out, rhyme will make a video about it
maybe use pot of the forbidden to cheese out the pieces to the hand
A slightly obscure one: Escanor vs Estarossa is iconic for me, namely for escanor's lines.
Who decided that? ☀️
