This is my favorite hymn. This is very special because this was the Last Song before Titanic sank. And Brigham, my friend. He played the violin exactly the way Wallace Hartley did as the deck went under from his feet

This is so calming. Music like this opens up my mind when I really need to. Just now, I finished writing up a philosophy about what we truly care about when it all comes down to the end (hence, the end). Feel free to throw in your opinions! I'm not saying it is correct, nor am I saying you should believe this. Believe what you want: "In the end, it all comes down to leaving a legacy that is long-lasting. That is why we do the things that we do, whether good or bad; to leave a memory that'll last, either in people's minds, within a story, in writing of a sort, or visible within the physical world. Despite this, we all die out in the end. What we are able to do can only lengthen this time, but eventually the memory disappears. This might sound sadistic, and a bit too real for some to accept, but we can all hopefully agree on one thing for certain; it is truly a most beautiful idea to accept and embrace. And yet, despite understanding that our eternal slumber is inevitable, we still fight for the legacy. We still commit to the most uproarious acts to give ourselves more time. I have listened to many versions of this hymn and it is the best I have seen and heard and of course the Titanic version will always be my favourite however the arrangement of this is the best ever,it however captures my deep emotions when I was diagnosed with Leukaemia and as I prepare for my final journey of this life this is the film clip and hymn I have chosen to be played due to my connections with RMS TITANIC .Thank you both for a very beautiful performance.Paul Hamson Brisbane .Australia.

Ah, this is lovely and beautifully done. I prefer this calmer and more meditative rendition than the other, more upbeat one by some group (I think BYU or something). Of course, whichever helps and resonates with you the most is what matters in the end, but for me, I want to feel tranquility when listening to spiritual works, and these versions do just that.

Yeah the pianos really beautiful but it sounds very little like the actual song. I think people are caught up so much and how great it sounds that it sounds absolutely nothing like the song

She is primarily a harpist, but she does many arrangements on keyboard/piano as well. Anyway, just wanted to compliment you & ask did you really move a piano onto the beach jetty or is that all photoshopped somehow?
