I like how the dialogue indicates that this is not a game about a cat that gets a piece of toast, but a game about a piece of toast that rides a cat.
There is something strange but wholesome about a sentient toast reassuring a cat that its fur is not made of floor.
Instead of poison they should just make water. Toasts hate water, cats hate water. No poison necessary.

I really like how some levels are really easy right after a tough one and it is to purely teach that the cat isn't your main character with a toast accessory but they are both important.. like without some of the levels that forced pure toast I know if I played I would be so stuck trying to use the cat the most
Also.. I really like the secret levels are straight up hidden.. feels bit more adventurous than "good job on 3 star-ing the level.. here's the hard version" or whatever.. like don't get me wrong that's fine but it kinda makes my secret hunting brain more happy that it isn't "oh welp i *know* this level is gonna have a secret so it's either gonna be slightly easier or harder for sake of making the secret 'worth it'"
There is a small bit of indication that a level has a secret level but it is still very hidden.
Its so funny that the cat just turns into a freaking particle accelerator wirh its spins

It really looks like Tyler had fun with this game and it's pretty entertaining to watch, so I'm all for letting this become a full series!
Pretty sure the room that told you how to restart was just the first place in the game where it's possible to softlock yourself.

Absolutely loving the art and sound design on this. The toast ejection and combination sound effect are just *so* satisfying to hear. Art style is absolutely perfect as well.

Shouldnt this combination be impossible? Since the toast must land butter side it can only land on top of the cat with butter toward the feet. The cat should have to jump onto butter up toast, but this is impossible if the toast fell into that position instead of placed
