I was a deep sleeping bedwetter as a kid. Our pediatrician recommended these, so mom ordered one through his office. She did have to jar me awake and help me change the first several times, but it worked! She passed it on to another family a few years later. It's a great option for hard cases! With my own kids, I've discovered waking them and walking them to the bathroom before I go to bed or if I wake up to use the bathroom in the night has a similar effect.
I used this with my deep sleeping son two summers ago. I had to sleep with him to wake him up when the alarm would go off, but over time, it worked! We called it his “iron man” suit. Don’t ask why, no clue. It’s a great product.
My child's doctor...after dealing with this for years...desmopressin absolutely did nothing...referred us to a specialist...whom requires you take this six week course before they will even see us. Same shit we have already done a million times only they are charging our insurance. Make a diary, no liquid before bed, no caffiene, yada yada. We have been getting up 2 to 3 times a night taking him to pee. This is the last resort. Gonna give it a try. I'm a super light sleeper so I don't think he needs to sleep with us. Thanks for the vid. This shit is rough. Makes him sad he can't stay over with his friends and always has to take a shower in the morning even though he took one at night after boxing/karate/ect. You can tell a child it is not their fault all you want...but when the kid already had pretty severe clinically diagnosed depression and anxiety...that doesn't work. We need solutions. Not a 2 year run around with doctors and specialist who 1. Just think it will go away. It hasn't. 2. Think you are not doing your due diligence as a parent. Maybe that is the case for some, but at this point through extensive research including reading every peer reviewed study I can get my hands on...and just a study of human complaints and stories about this through quora and redit and all that...I could probably teach a urologist a thing or two.
My son has the same problem, although he is 10 almost 11😢. We HV a small circle of friends that know about his condition so there's no shame regarding him not being dry at night. They are understanding n I repeat to him that it's not his fault. It does affect his confidence😢He wears pull ups every single nights and is able to go sleep overs with his very close friends.
Hi my name is Catherine I am Joe's wife I am a foster mom. I am going through that they are 5 and 6 would that work for their age? I have plastic head sheets on their bed but they keep ripping them. he's slightly artistic.and ADHD
My 4 year old is a very deep sleeper and can pee up to 3 times at night. She usually has 8 oz of milk an hour before bedtime and pees before sleeping . Im not sure if she’s ready to be night trained . How old were your kids when you used the alarm?
Hi, i purchased this and tried it last night but i dont think ive hooked it on correctly because the fabric covered the sensor and my son had already wet the bed by when he heard. If i attach it with the sensor uncovered with a gentle pull it detaches from the underwear. Everyone else has the other clip but yours is the same as mine. Please can you let me know how you did it? Im so upset!

That’s a TON of liquid before bed!
Also, most kids are potty trained by 4, even overnight. It’s definitely not “too soon” to start!
let's take a moment to sink in 1:48 you actually lick test a urine detector...
Just what I thought
Come on folks it’s two pieces of metal that can get wiped off easily or actually you can dip it in bleach if you want to😳

OH NO! So yes, it's like yu have to tuck the fabric (of the underwear not the outerwear) in between the two sensors. Did you figure it out?
So bothered!!!!! 😢

did you really just lick your kids bedwetting alarm 😭
icky.
your kid has peed on that-
