I already had this on the meal plan this week. I am doing crab and shrimp in the rice with seared salmon. We must think alike! I know this tasted bomb! I can’t wait to cook this for my family this week. The only think I want is a butter sauce to go over the salmon and seafood rice.

Just cooked this & of course, it turning out amazing! 😋🔥 I wanted mine to be a bit more spicy so I added a cap full of old bay boil to the shrimp and red pepper flakes to the rice. I also used fire roasted tomatoes with the green chilies. My family is enjoying it, thanks Tammy
