one thing i always think about is that you cant just kill the beat on a song with lyrics because the rapper/singer is doing the same thing the dancer is doing by creating on top of it. You have to accent the artist and at least acknowledge the flavor they've added to the track to create your own. Rubix basically put logics verse in visual form flawlessly. The other guy just acted like the dj threw on the instrumental.
Jordane & Shortcircuit had some interesting concepts (still woulda been cool to see Outrage and Koncept battle these two). Rubix and Kuty straight up killed it though
