Mmm… I love Masi Samoa/Masi Saiga/Masi Popo!! I made it 3 or 4x’s ever as in adult… it’s been forever since I did. Funny thing I couldn’t find my recipe & I did the last one by memory & it came out the best ever then I forgot to write down what I did! Ehh… I giggled when you lost count of the flour… lol love it😊

A Question uso is it better to use coconut cream or coconut milk for oka... or does it depend on the type of fish? I used warehou fish with coconut cream and water crest! It was ok but it was a bit thick! Amateur trying to cook like you the master 🙏🙏🙏🙏👍🏼❤

I find the coconut cream too strong and have a bitter taste and yes uso you can use any fish 🐟 as long as we can eat it raw 😋.
