The main character energy here is so real. Like when people write self-insert stories and they make the main character a pretty girl they wished they look like. That's what you look like. Long nicely curled dark brown hair (it's always brown hair because blonde girls are TOTALLY evil, obviously), stunning makeup, pinterest bedroom, well dressed, AND loves to read??? I'm obsessed. BRB I'll be watching every video.

i underline with pencil, just so its easier for me to accept😩
I dont like highlighting books, but I do like writing in them with a light pencil. This is, because whenever I find an old book with notes in them, I feel like the books has a personal touch as it not only includes the original story, but also thoughts and notes of the reader :)
I use post it tags it’s better for those who don’t like writing/drawing in books

same it feels more satisfying then just writing down books i finished reading. after all, reading is about the journey not the destination.

That's the most simple, efficient and best book journal tbh. Everywhere I go, i see people getting extra and it scares minimalist ass so much. Her Journaling way actually became my go to. I'm going to make mine like this

i loved how simple this was!! i've recently started a reading journal myself but had felt some pressure to make it look so aesthetic but you are so right - it's just for our own personal reference so we should just do whatever we want with it! :)
I love how book tube is growing so much from the "book tuber" archetype. Seeing people like Steph and uncarly (few of my faves) take reading into their own unique perspective has been so refreshing. sending love! 💕💕

Came back to this and it motivated me to start my book journal again. This is a really simple, minimalistic and fun idea.I used to think journalling was a bit intimidating but this video really helped.
Out of all the reading journals I looked at I love yours the best. Nice sweet and simple.

This is fantastic! Thanks for such a detailed video! I’ve been wanting to get back in to annotating my books for so long now! I used to keep mini book journals and I would keep it filled with interesting topics and quotes from the books I read. I do like the idea of writing a synopsis after reading though. I think I’m going to give this a shot!!

I have just discovered her channel and I was so intrigued because she had that energy of the girls I was scared of at school but that turned out actually being so sweet and funny and I was not wrong, I am also really difficult with my choice in booktubers and I have only came to realise that my favourites one often don't read the same genres I do but slowly convert me to it, so yay can't wait!

I have had book journals for ages. I always underline with a pencil in my books, never with a pen or highlighter. I just cherish my book too much for that. I love your energy and the No spoiler announcement 📢

I personally keep a post-it inside the book I'm reading to remember what I have to track in my reading journal. I totally understand the joy of starting a new,fresh notebook!!
I use Goodreads to keep track of my books but I like your book journal setup. I just set up my own journal in the same way. I think it's a great idea and a great way to jog your memory on a book you've read. I'm excited to write my first synopsis and quotes.
