Impact in Limpopo with the Traveling Circus | Tourism Recovery Programme

Driven by responsible ethics and caring for our planet, The Traveling Circus is connecting the tourism industry in South Africa with local communities.
Based in the beautiful region of Limpopo, South Africa´s northernmost province, which borders Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Botswana, the Traveling Circus operates under its Love Limpopo brand to provide a portfolio of unique, sustainable travel experiences. Visitors can become immersed in the local communities and experience everything from learning about traditional arts and crafts, sampling authentic delicacies or going on adventure-ridden safaris.
This business is just one of 80 innovative, sustainable tourism organisations that were supported by the Tourism Recovery Programme in South Africa. Implemented by the TUI Care Foundation and enpact, they received financial support as well as an online training and one-to-one mentoring programme. The programme is supported by the GIZ - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit on behalf of the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
