I dunno about poison. Great lady with a lil more common sense than me. She said, “just start with a marathon”, which most people would agree with. Weekend long run is up to 17 miles. Next week I’m going for 21-22ish. Only like 6 weeks left for the 38.
I’m not saying that’s impossible, but I sure as hell don’t have time to be running 6 hours a day for a month. I’ll stick to 5-15 miles a day and 1 long run on the weekends with calisthenics mixed in there. December 6 is my bday. My run is set for December 5(Saturday). Open invitation if you wanna come show me up.
