The pissed and racist smoothie guy lost his high paying job at Merrill Lynch after they saw the video. He had worked there for over 25 years. This is definitely a "when keeping it real goes wrong" type momment.
The guy who threw the smoothie because his kid has a peanut allergy ordered his kid a peanut butter and chocolate smoothie . Why order a drink your kid is allergic that peanut as its main ingredient
And they didn’t show the part where he tried to break into the back to get to them
Hit a teenager with a thrown object, tells them to stop calling the police, uses racial insults, and tries breaking into the backroom...lots of charges there over a mistake he made
Exactly
He is reason white men look bad 😢. We all are not racist. That's a small few
The smoothie guy got arrested and fired from his Wall Street job after that.
That was all over the Connecticut news! I understand his frustration, but he took it way too far. A grown man screaming and throwing things at girls who are likely in their early 20’s or teenagers. Totally unacceptable. If your kid has such a bad allergy, don’t risk getting him a smoothie unless you watch it being made 🙄🤦🏼♀️
I've never shopped on Black Friday. I stay home & watch the fights on TV.
I just wait till 5 pm. Nobody there and I can buy an 30 pack of socks for $2.
My daughter worked at Carl Jr and that was her first and last fast food job. She worked at the front counter and the drive-thru taking orders. She had people threatening to beat her ass over the ranch dressing, call her a Bitch and Ho while giving their orders, and one elderly woman who was mad over the amount of chicken on her salad threw it at my daughter, went back into the kitchen and stood behind her with a walking cane raised in the air. My daughter continued to take orders while all of this was going on. The lady finally left with her daughter. The police were called but never did show up. She quit after the walking cane incident.
I worked front desk at a hotel with a bar in the lobby and had a handful of times where a guest would try swinging punches at me over the counter because their card declined or their reservation was for a different hotel down the street
@@HoneyKrisp69 People are so easily triggered nowadays. After Carl Jr my daughter worked retail and it wasn't quite as bad. On occasion, someone would act out but not like they did at Carl Jr's. However, things increased during Covid because of the shortages. One woman threw a hissy fit because a pink dog collar and her dog's brand of food wasn't available and when my daughter tried to explain that there were shortages of many items, the woman stormed out of the store.
The thing that gets me angry is that it’s usually grown adults berating young kids working these jobs.
The lady and guy loading the truck with all the toilet paper from the store were getting it to go sell it online. They were hoarding it to price gouge which is illegal in the US in times of national crisis like the pandemic. During the pandemic a guy (I believe in Tennessee) did the same thing. He bought out so much toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and masks that he had to store them in his home and in a storage facility. He was asking the stuff via social media for 4 and 5 times it's regular price and next thing you know, law enforcement showed up and made him donate it all or go to jail so he ended up losing all the money he paid for it.
In fairness, if you have allergies, don’t eat foods that are not prepared by you…ingredients gets mixed up all the time
Yup!
Plus, you got to worry about cross containimation. It happens and someone can take all the precautions and it still can happen. I use to be a cook and as a cook I always worried about that.
Yes, that toilet paper one was in Australia. The whole toilet paper hoarding started in Australia 😂
Black Friday isn’t really a thing anymore. Sales start on thanksgiving and most are online
...Sales start in Oct now
Home Depot does not pay well enough to deal with the crap I saw there when I worked at one.
If you have an allergy so bad that residue from onions can kill you, you shouldnt be eating at Mcdonalds just being Honest, thats like going to Hershey Park with a severe chocolate allergy.
No its not… not every item has onion, if someone asks for no onion you make a new one
@@calebpittman7444 yes but the odds that an onion was on the counter seconds before and some onion juice could have gotten on the burgher are very high, you cannot guarantee that the item will be onion free thats why with chocolate they write on chocolate bars "Could have come in contact with Peanuts" because ITS POSSIBLE.
This shit gets me proper fired up. Several of these people would have been down and bleeding if they tried some of this shit with me.
Most REAL Black Friday promos stopped 15+ years ago and now sales are all puffed up scams acting like they are awesome. Just like outlet malls used to have real 40-50% off deals on merch. Then brands realized they could make products just for sale at the outlet malls, say 40% off and people would buy it. Even though it's a sub par version of the retail item at the real stores and the brands make 100% more profit.
I was in a store with one item, three people in front of me, a lady from a side isle comes up with a very full cart and her friend (who was in front of me) let her in line, not only did she have a full cart but a lot of the items were glass so had to be individually wrapped. I think if it happened now my inner Karen would come out lol
I ordered a burger with fries today and when I got parked at work to eat it the fries were not in the bag. You know what I did? I took the loss and ate the burger. Who cares? The things people throw tantrums about is so sad and ridiculous.
Mike could run circles around Dave and daz
The guy who threw the smoothie got blasted on the news. He lost his job and everything. I'm pretty sure he was a partner at a law firm of something like that.
You're looking at this backwards lol people that participate in Black Friday like that don't believe they have to ENDURE the chaos and mayhem, they look forward to it lol
The guy who threw the smoothie was fired from his job at Merrill Lynch - and was later arrested for assault. The workers claim that he did request that the peanut butter not be included - however, he did not mention that it was due to a peanut allergy. Seems as though one should mention that it's due to a peanut allergy if they expect it to be prepared by someone who is clearly working around peanuts and peanut butter all day.
Well lets see now that he is on the streets muttering to himself. Peanuts.
@@anthonyramirez9003 Well, unfortunately, he found a new job pretty quickly after...
The people that bought all the toilet paper in the store was that the beginning of covid. I think they were going to resell it at higher prices. That's when stores began limiting the amount of toilet paper you could buy at 1 time
go to a place with coffee or a starbucks, get a drink, put in a nip, and voila....the best people watching all year.
even when i was a kid i was too old for black friday nonsense. one time i got dragged to kohls on thanksgiving night. i just bought a random pair of gloves so that i didn't feel like my night was completed wasted, the prices weren't even that good. never ever again. i hate people too much to willing surround myself with the worst of them
This doesn't really exist anymore. But I know for a fact that they specifically make cheaper products specifically for Black Friday. The serial numbers prove it. Mainly just for electronics though.
I am a firm believer that if your pussy kid has a food allergy so severe that it can kill them you should be making 100% of their meals. It's not up to a minimum wage employee to be monitoring life or death situations.
It's like watching the animals at a zoo, only the animals are better behaved. What an embarrassment.
You know, niceness goes a long way. As long as you are amicable with the people with which you deal, it is amazing just how well the situation resolves itself the vast majority of the time.
I've known a few people who got killed by a bullet allergy. Its never the sight of seeing someone not exist anymore. Its the sounds.
the guy who threw the drink with the peanut allergy, I know it was NYC news, I think it happened in Connecticut, and the guy was a worker on wall street if I remember, and was fired when this hit the news.
I've only ever shopped online for black Friday. A lot of electronics are specifically made cheaper for the day and are shittier in quality. They literally will have a different parts number if you do your homework.
There’s a really funny clip online of the difference between black Friday in America and Canada
It’s quite the difference in the way people act.
Ps. You guys are killing the humour today.
I still think the reason all those people hoarded toilet paper is that the bedroom role players needed it to make their Egyptian mummy customs for their adult fun time.
Daz, excellent call on how much toilet paper was needed in that one scene!
The one at 11:00 is actually the Best Buy at Easton in Columbus
A special place in the mid 2000s Black Friday lore
So many fights. So much joy. There is a Walmart a block down from it though too.
Who doesn't want to get arrested for saving 25 dollars on a 3MP digital camera with 2x optical zoom
You'll never see crazier shit then then when you work at a grocery store, fast food restaurant, or gas station. You get ALL types.
From what I saw during the pandemic, most of the people buying massive amounts of toilet paper were then selling it on ebay for like triple the price 🙄 Worst case scenario, just hop in the shower immediately after a poo and bend em and spread em loll
I used to work retail about 10 years ago, Black Friday was insane. Thankfully, our management was good at controlling crowds. There was a Walmart in my state that an employee got trampled to death upon opening the doors. People ask why I have so little faith in humanity.
Also, there were barely any Black Friday clips.
People are like animals anymore...I take that back animals act better!
Many stores in Miami, FL placed a limit on purchasing toilet paper and paper towels during the mass insanity .
"Burger Lady" just ensured that the "spit quotient" of her order went up maximum percentage points!
Yeah when something like that happens, if you're gonna be rude then make sure you just get a refund.
There's a lot of "Main Character" Syndrome in the world.
The guy did not tell the employee about a peanut allergy. The man was fired from his job at a financial advisor company
Guys, if you look carefully in the last video she actually handed the old man the toilet paper. He didn’t just walk away with it.
Daz with the 🔨 😂
This is my toilet
There are many like it
But this one is MINE
Daz's face at 21:39 was my face for the entire video watching these humans lol
When they get my fast food order wrong, I just chalk it up to the fact I shouldn't be eating it anyway. Chances are you chose that place to eat because you didn't want to get out of your car.
I think a lot of black friday stuff has calmed down since online shopping has become more popular.
Damn Daz getting dark in this one😂😂😂
Ikr 😂
In Europe we only have seen this during Covid, the toilet paper shortage, that wasn't even a shortage. But people started to buy 8 or 10 huge packs, some bought up all the baking powder. I did grab from people's carts, you won't leave with 10 packs, and leave the rest of the area without. Do something.
That employee holding the bucket could get fired. I’ve worked there before and you have too just let them steal you can’t keep them from it. Unfortunately
I worked at a cinemark movie theater. One that makes most money in North Houston in a wealthy town called the Woodlands. I did it fro freshman year to graduation so 4 years. I was an usher and security for first 2 years then decided to learn how to cook in the restaurant we had. So i knew how to deal with customers cause we had more people come to our theater than any other and we had 3 red carpet events so i was knew what to do for security plus we wete next to the pavilion which is a music venue and i did security in our parking lot every weekend in summer for that. We had one guy at last 30 mins before we closed the kitchen come order 10 things. Dude came in back where i was cooking. I had to calm this dude down. He is lucky i was working cause i knew how to cook cause i learned from the boyscouts and my father was chef. But he couldnt wait 10 mins 😂
Obviously the toilet has nothing to do with black friday, lol
That looks like Home Depot and stores like Home Depot don't do black friday sales. Also, notice the lack of noise in the background, all quiet. That's impossible on black friday 😆
The woman freaking out at Walmart is just an example of how weak some Americans have become from their privileges. I absolutely hate how so many people go around talking about their PTSD from just basic hardships.
whats scarier is people like her are voting and forcing their politics and "values" on the rest of the country.
Wasnt there a dept store in London ,cant remember the name, that was known for its big sales that had people shoving thru the doors when opened, salesmen jumping out of the way...Marks and Spencers? Marks and Sparks....they had it on one of the old tv sitcoms one episode...Keeping Up Appearances, Mr. BEAN? One of those....
I wouldn't hesitate to open the toilet box up and just take a dump in that joint and be like "you can have it".... Such a pathetic thing to argue over.
This truly is an embarrassment for my country.
Leave it to Daz to start throwing peanuts.
There prices were dirt cheap back when black Fridays started. I made the mistake of going by myself. Walmart had Barbie dolls for $1 and video games for $5. I had a grand selection in my cart (trolly, buggy) and I should have left then. I tried to navigate down isle and decided to set my cart aside so I can easily maneuver. When I got back my cart was empty. 😢 🤬 The following year I took my husband and his friend. We went to best buy. Remember this was when it first started so there's no limit you grab and go, $400.00 dollar televisions were selling for $50.00, we took 4. Grabbing miscellaneous stuff as we walk to the register. We left quickly before the madness began. 😅 😁 After that we never went to a Black Friday because it got crazy. ✌️🖖🇺🇸
The amount of despicable people who antagonize ff workers is unreal. Most fast food workers in the states are kids that don’t deserve grown adults cussing them out
The onion is the worlds most commonly consumed vegetable. If you are allergic to onion fate is shitting on you.
I would never go shopping on Black Friday
Black friday will always be friday the 13th to me. This shopping thing should be called "Scabgrab".
18:32 reminds me of 8 mile rap battles Your refund policy is shitty, like when I cop a squat. Who told you you could fuck with the mighty Papa Doc?
Black Friday is not worth going to at all.
A lot of people here in America make only $8.00 or $ 8.25 an hour. If that is your hourly wage, then yes waiting in line overnight is worth it. I don't know many people that wait 24 hrs, more like 12-18 max. The minimum wage in Texas where I live is $7.25 an hour.
You’re purposely not mentioning a few more things. Like the main people that act like this are the lower middle class & poor. Then you have people who are living beyond their own means & are uneducated, ignorant & selfish. How about we start taking responsibility instead of making everyone a victim?
If you're a grown adult working for 7.25 an hour you better have a felony or a disability because there are far better opportunities out there.
@@clipsedrag13 was just about to say this, especially for able bodied men get your ass outside learning a trade on the job. Most of the work is 40-60 hrs a week and higher and up to double the minimum wage.
If you're making that much you shouldn't be the first one out there trying to buy high priced items to give to a bunch of people during Christmas. Save your money. Invest, and use that money to buy a house instead. Peoples priorities are all messed up especially in America
@@clipsedrag13 A lot of people live in rural communities several hours away from any sizeable city. In these small towns it can be either take a minimum wage/slightly above job or have no job at all. Internet is spotty at best, so no remote work.
I blame both the people that will stand outside a store overnight so they can charge inside in a mad dash to save a couple hundred bucks on something they probably don’t even need, as much as I blame the stores that promote this madness.
Almost all the clips weren’t even from Black Friday, lol
At 4:48 you said when you have one item and the person in front has a trolley full reminded me in Australia if you’re on a public golf course and you’re playing alone if you come to the tee and there is a foursome often they’ll stop and let you play through.
Yeah the first thing you gotta do is grab somebody else's tv. And fall down in front of the doorway. Jk, I wouldn't do that but can you imagine 😁
some of these people that are buying all the toilet paper and paper towels are probably couponers their ridiculous
The deals are shit there in the UK/Europe but they were legitimately good here in the US so you can't compare the two. Black Friday isn't a big deal anymore though, at least not what it used to be. 80-90% off items for one day drove people crazy.
It cracks me up at some people get so KAREN over toilet paper. It would be kinda understandable if it was something that you need. Such as food. But you cannot eat toilet paper. As in Fast Food places getting orders wrong. It maybe contrubited to having a new crew. I know for I use to work Fast Food. But going off on people who handle your food is not a good idea lol.
I don't speak for all Americans but......on behalf of our country I am sorry people here are that entitled! And childish, people just need to let there thoughts go. You guys are awsome!
There's like two Black Friday videos, the rest are just Covid toilet paper rush and general asshole shopper videos.
That's what happens if people don't get 6 weeks paid vacation. 🤷♂
The burger lady, I would add an extra ingredient on her burger if I work there…
Worked at retail back in the early 2000's and had to work every Black Friday. Luckily it wasn't chaos and people behaved themselves. But the biggest scam is the products. They were special "SKU" items, that were lower quality like TV's or computers that were brought in about a few weeks before Black Friday and were sold at a deep discount because they were crap. Every year the same thing would happen. Customers would come in with their busted electronics in the middle of summer and then tell me that they bought it on Black Friday the previous year. I thought. Well what do expect if you are buying a bit of electronics that usually should go for over a grand and you waited in line... Even camped out. Idiots would do that. Camp out in front of the store for 3 or 4 days ahead of time. Just to get a laptop for $100 U.S. And again it was always crap merchandise. What did you expect. So called Black Friday items like "Door Busters" Were kept separate from the real merchandise. And us techs pretty much laughed at the fact that they were inferior and knew people were buying junk.
Enjoyed the video and reaction but there was like 2 or 3 Black Friday clips. Most were fast food meltdown.
Im all for cyber Monday. Stay at home with a beer and buy shit online
Forreal, I got a 55 inch TV last year for super cheap and didn't have to go anywhere. Much better than the in store chaos 😂
The guy with the toilet. If i worked there i would have gone to the real toilet, pee'd in a beaker then come and poured it all over him and then walk out of the store. It why i never could work in retail.
2:37 in...i can't watch this...too much reality....but thanks guys.
Sad to watch
@17:51
I mean.. guy isn't wrong with what he said. Working in a smoothie shop isn't exactly hitting the American dream
Here's hoping ICE reviewed this tape and sent her or a family member back down south for the vulgarity
Dammit I clicked this for the thumbnail and the clip wasn’t even in the video
Why did the store allow her to buy the whole stack of TP
That was at a supermarket chain in Australia called Woolworths. At the beginning of the pandemic, there was no limit, until the hoarding issue emerged. There was then a limit placed at practically all stores.
What is the "black" in black friday referring to?
That screaming isle girl has lost the plot .
These people in the video are like big babies- they look so ridiculous.
C'mon Dave!!! So much unnecessary pausing
23:10 The lady filming is annoying too… lady you’re a random 3ᴿᴰ party who’s seemingly just there to antagonize. Move along and quit “tatletailing” that she said she was gonna call the police… who gives a sh*t? Do you really have nothing better to do with your time?
This doesn't happen anymore lol thank goodness
Dave "kinda sympathises" with the father of a kid with an allergy... feel sorry for your kid with that attitude. Look up anaphylaxis mate. I nearly died in school after the headteacher gave me a chocolate roll after asking if it had egg in it when I was about 9 and of course it did and he said it didn't and I had anaphylaxis couldn't breath convulsing on the floor, not a nice way to die especially for a kid. Educate yourselves otherwise your not a parent.
just give him his large drink already jesus
he paid for a small.. she read it off the receipt.
@@kirikayumura6015 i understand that but there is no need to get killed over a dollar or suttin that guy was ready to hurt somebody
Of course you should always be nice but if you have issues with customers when your motto is "have it your way ", you need a career change.
I love to see poor people arguing over nothing. A fight to the death over something they can't afford and don't need that will end up in their closet a day later never to be used or seen again. Very entertaining. Then they use their ebt card to buy junk food and complain about the prices when they are not even paying for it.
Bro fr it's not rocket science. Make the sandwiches right.
people should stop being so poor
Black Friday in the UK anyways not sure about the EU has 25% to over 50% off deals on a lot of things. I have look at tech over the years for multiple people and you get near USA black Friday deals on them.
The main thing with Black Friday are the door buster items that are instore only and have crazy savings that can be at or under cost to get people in the store, its usally TVs, power tools, or home appliances, like a $150-$200 coffee maker costing under $40-$80, a drill combo that would cost like $150-$200 costing $50-$80 which is the cost of the battery alone, or a $300-$400 tv costing $100-$150
Something that started to happen a little bit before 2020 but really picked up after 2020 is most stores now do whole month long Black Friday event, where each week there will be different deals, and even allowing you to get door buster items online.
Over the last ten year the big items I can remember I got from black Friday were
$900 tv for $300
$1500 tv for $600
$400 tv for $150
$600 rifle for $220
$200 Air Fryer for $100
$300 Blender system for $150
$350 Hammer drill and impact driver combo for $120
$120 Instantpot for $40
Built a new Computer and the parts cost would had been about $2,900 but ended up costing under $2,200 with tax.
Around $450 in fishing gear costing under $150
$400 hunting/winter coat for $120
Then there's the other random crap like pillows, bed sheets, towels, cloths, random tools, things that would be 40% to 80% off.
Last year me and 2 others waited in line at cabela's and got a total of $155 in gift cards, the year before that my parents got a $100 and $200 gift card.
and usally family members are at the stores trying to get one of those $100-$150 tv to replace theirs, for a gift, or for the random room that doesn't have one, or like a tablet that's only $20 to $5, along with random household items.
People go bat crap crazy on black Fridays here
