I'm planning to stone evolve an electabuzz but I heard that in general it is best to teach your pokemon its best moves prior to stone evolving it. Because apparently it can't learn new moves after stone evolving. Is this true? Or can I learn new moves still after stone evolution for pokemon go? Thank you in advance to any answers
