洪拳12桥，咏春八法也类似。个人觉得洪拳的法比较好入手，个个都说力从地起，洪拳有个马在又有每招呼吸如何气沉丹田，其他拳都有不过文字资料不完整。最后再练太极，不该用力的地方一羽不能加，发你的时候积柔成刚
咏春玩快巧毒，攻守同时，巧就是各种手法，毒就是日字标指对中线要害位打
擂台带了拳套你掌化柔废了，用步法避刚，打侧面打招数空隙
採要實，採在十指， 列要驚，但是列在哪裏呢？
扌列者，撕裂之意，即分筋錯骨之勢也。
