What a joy it has been to see the development of Sissel as a vocalist and as a beautiful woman over the years. I do not have enough superlatives to describe her. Maybe Norwegian is a more apt language in which to try. Yes, I shall dream of her tonight.
Gosh. She is a natural performer. If she had have headed out the same road as the big show/musical performers she would have stormed the world. Anyway she comes across as someone happy and content in her own skin, like, she doesn't need it.
Like most european artist then, pretty much :) Perhaps known in just a couple of neighboring countries, and that's fine. Sometimes "discovered" (by americans) long after their career, or even after their death.
They would go on to sing duets such as in Chess which has the better compositions and lyrics, but the professionalism and ambition shows through even here. Thank you for this upload!
