Hello Louise, I'm a mentor, founder, author, etc. This is definitely a worth looking at topic that I might need to consider for my business. I have a new publishing project. We write and publish books. This might be something we need to do considering the crisis we are dealing with nowadays. We don't do ebooks but then again, why not?!

You don't really need to worry about copyright unless you're going to sell your ebook. Contact Canva help to get more detailed help about this, they know it's something businesses will want to do.

Thank you very much for the insightful video. I wish I had watched this video much earlier. Working with a seemingly well-acclaimed publisher for my first book was a nightmare to some extent.
But when people buy your ebook, do they have trouble viewing it? Because I know places like Amazon don't accept PDF files, but I don't know why, are they just picky about format or is there a specific reason why they don't accept PDF files?

Is there a free software for Mac where i can write and organize in a traditional book layout.. going through pages left and right? (just two pages side by side)... not vertically like google docs?

what about copyright if I use all free images can I use it for an ebook or hardcover book without worries?
You can use websites like Unsplash, pexels, pixabay for copyright free images 🙌🏻
You don't really need to worry about copyright unless you're going to sell your ebook. Contact Canva help to get more detailed help about this, they know it's something businesses will want to do.
