Sunday call out, ohh dear it stunk in the heat. Wet wipes combined with single occupant on a water meter, meaning the toilet was being flushed infrequently. Drains need lubrication and of course this drain had the problem of a 100 wet wipes to deal with..

I knew something was properly blocked when the sewer flies were so heavy while you were doing your initial walkthrough. That was a hot mess, as we say in the southern US. Good job Tony.

It's a shame that you aren't getting many Drain calls as you are a good guy and always fair to customers.
I know you wouldnt name and shame the con artists you mentioned but I have googled drain unblocking Wirral and drain unblocking Bebbington and I fancy the names that come out at the top of the search is the one you are referring to are there.
The best advice to anyone on the Wirral with blocked drains is to give Tony and his drain team a call 👍

Hello from Oz. I had a similar experience with a reputable company. Rang on a weekend with a blocked drain & paid a fee. The company that turned up to do the job was not the company I rang & are well known for overcharging. I definitely would not use them if I had a choice. I ended up paying way too much. I then put negative reviews on every review site I could find. The company that I rang originally reached out & I got a significant refund. It pays to put the word out when you get ripped off. I would have rang you Tony, but the call out fee to Oz would have been too much😁👍

Totally out of order charging a admin fee from the other company. I personally would not be HAPPY to be changes a admin fee for DRAINS to be cleared! I think you could have names for your screw drivers and a nice box or bag to rest them in.😵💫

And the worst of it is Tony will get the blame from a customer that has no knowledge of why it happened. They just called a plumber, and a plumber showed up. So that's the plumber that charged them the outrageous admin fee. Disgusting for sure.

Hats off to you Tony. I’ve watched probably 10k unblocking videos and if I opened a lid and it looked like that……I’d probably just pick up my stuff and go home for a good cry and a boiling hot shower. Keep up the the good work !!!!
